Where to start? This place is incredible! We loved everything about it, even though we didn't even try the kayaks. Hopefully, we'll try them next time! It has everything you need, and getting there and the directions were super easy. Everything is clean, and they have a book with everything you might need if you have any questions. We cook a lot, but you have to bring everything. They give you all the dishes and pots, plus their grill, which we loved. But you'll have to pack all the spices and basic essentials! The beds were comfortable, under the small-space concept. Our daughter really enjoyed the movie projector and the hammock. I especially loved the outdoor shower! It's very pet-friendly; our dog had a blast, but there are a lot of ticks. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for creating such a magical place, Jeff and Luci! Don't forget to visit the refuge it was a plus. ❤️

Marc was very welcoming and so was the house! A couple of my friends and I booked this place for a little girls trip for the end of our senior year and the house was super clean, comfortable, and smelled great. They also left us a bouquet of flowers at the table which we found added to the total vibe of the place. There were also many activities inside the place such as tv, board games, and books to read. All the rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and was amazing. Over all, this was definitely the right choice. From the comfort to the amazing view of the forest, this house added so much to our trip and the owners were also super welcoming in themselves.

My husband and I booked Nanette’s place so we wouldn’t have a long drive after a show in Matunuck. We spent the day at the beach, refreshed in Nanette’s clean and efficient place, went to a lovely dinner close by and attended a concert that was a 10 minute drive away. Easy access, great location, clean, private, and had everything needed for a short stay. We would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Steve’s home. The check in was super simple and the unit was spacious. It had everything you need and was close to many attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return again whenever we visit Newport!
