Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

We have been staying here over the last 4 years, when we visit UConn, and will miss it now that our daughter has graduated. Keri is wonderful host, welcoming & accommodating. Her home in the woods is a refuge, comfortable, peaceful, and minutes from campus.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

This was one of the most thoughtful airbnb experiences I have ever had. The attention to detail was extraordinary. Cindy provided everything you could need -- a perfectly stocked kitchen, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, first aid, yard games, pool floats etc. The house was just as charming -- if not more charming -- than the pictures. Super private but also great location with proximity to a CVS, grocery store and main street in East Hampton. Cindy was also very communicative and laid everything out super clearly with great recommendations etc. We are already planning our next trip!

Very cute tucked away villa, with pool/hot tub, close to Mohegan Sun. The host was very responsive and the villa was clean and nicely decorated. Would love to come again :-)

Great location, close to everything. The house was roomy and comfortable. The porch was nice to hang out on and the jacuzzi and cabana were a fun plus. I recommend this home for your Greenport stay

Smaranda was outside when we arrived, she greeted us and since it was around dinner time she offered some recommendations for dinner. It had been quite windy that day so the pool and hot tub had some leaves and debris in them. She was very apologetic (obviously not her fault, we can't control Mother Nature) and was very attentive and worked hard to get both the pool and hot tub ready for us to use. She showed us how everything worked and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We used both the pool and hot tub after we got back to the space after dinner and they were both very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and everything went as planned. This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

We had a great time in Cutchogue! It was unexpectedly raining for our entire stay but we still managed to make the most of it— the little guesthouse was a perfect cozy getaway from the city and also super clean.

We had an amazing stay at Kath's home in Middletown. Others have said -- this location is unbeatable! being right on the ocean with the sound of the waves and the views of the Cliff walk --- fantastic. The house is close to everything in newport (minutes) as well as all the beaches and also is incredibly comfortable and well equipped with anything you could want; Kath as a host was totally available for any questions we had. She produced beach chairs like magic and encouraged us to ask for what we needed at anytime. It is a privilege to be able to share some of the magic of this location. If we are able we will definitely return.

The place was perfect. Eli was super friendly and easy to coordinate with. Great views of the water and a solid home base if the weather isn't cooperating. Really enjoyed the weekend there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Geoff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very responsive to any questions we had—communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to downtown Mystic, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and waterfront views. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect weekend at Mk’s place! After a very rough start to our weekend at another unsuitable air bnb (for reasons I won’t mention) Mk was extremely accommodating and her place was perfect. I would stay here again and again! We were sad to have to leave!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

We LOVED: 1) The location! The driveway is long & sand/gravel but you could drive it in a sedan fine. 2) The amenities! The pack n play was a HUGE lifesaver! 3) This location is mostly child friendly. 4) The view is phenomenal! When we woke up & opened the curtains for the first time, we were in awe! 5) The host was extremely helpful. The hot water went out once, but she was over in 5 minutes to fix it. Some feedback: 1) The windows in the ceiling in the master bed! They're HUGE and BRIGHT. 2) The bugs. Ants. Spiders. It was a struggle. NOW I WILL SAY - I brought this up to the host on day 3 and they were more than willing to come help how they could. The house is located in the middle of the forest, but it was a lot. If it weren't for an m&m left under the nightstand in the bedroom by a previous guest, it probably wouldn't have been so bad. 3) the coffee maker was pretty rough when we got there.. a simple over site by the crew. Overall, I would definitely consider this location again

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at Ron’s Cottage, it was beautiful and incredibly peaceful, very easy to get around steps from the beach. Listening to the waves crash on the beach from the kitchen was my favorite part. 10/10 wound stay again!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Kate & Janelle were exceptional hosts. We had a minor technical issue upon arrival and Janelle was immediately available to help us troubleshoot. This beachside condo was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The space was spotless. We loved the decorations and ocean view. The highlight, without a doubt, was the east access to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!
