Even though it’s small, it is very comfortable and well spaced and there is so much to do like the games that were left, or the tv comfortably placed with the bed, or cooking with all appliances included. I definitely hope to return soon. Everything was above and beyond what I had expected.”

Our peaceful farm is located between Newport and Narragansett with easy access to the amazing beaches of Southern Rhode Island! Come enjoy the beautiful little guest suite in our historic barn. Beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes provided!
What guests are saying:“Mo’s place is a beautiful and perfect location. It is in a quiet farm tucked away in the woods but is also extremely close to town/ many desirable locations and attractions. We ate at one of Mo’s recommended places and it was our favorite restaurant from our entire 9 day roadtrip. The neighboring farm animals were fun as well! A short drive to Newport which we really loved. Definitely recommend Mo’s place!”
