Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als erwartet. Der Blick ist einfach sensationell und es ist absolut ruhing. Super nette Gastgeberin!

L’alloggio al nostro arrivo era pulitissimo, dotato di molti comfort, gli arredi ed i complementi sono nuovi. Abbiamo affittato la villa al completo per una settimana, per 13 persone forse la piscina risulta un po’ piccolina, ma il giardino e gli spazi esterni sono molto ben curati. Host molto disponibile e gentile, ha reso le pratiche di check in/out facili e veloci.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Luciano sehr genossen. Die vielen kurzweiligen Tage am Pool haben wir mit einigen Strand Tagen in Porto San Giorgio gemischt. Das war eine sehr schöne Abwechslung. Das Haus war uns ein schönes zu Hause und hat alles bereitgehalten, was nötig war. Genug Küchenausstattung bis hin zum Grill und zweiter Küche in der Nähe des Pools. Die Gegebenheiten vor Ort haben auch für unsere 2 jährige Tochter und unsere fast 80 jährige Oma gepasst. Charlotte, die Gastgeberin, hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehmen. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es sehr gut, besser als gedacht, auszuhalten. Die Ventilatoren waren völlig ausreichend. Einziger sehr individueller Minuspunkt: Leider war das Lauftraining auf Grund der Straßen- und Höhenverhältnisse nicht so möglich wie gehofft. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die etwas weiter abseits in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten und mobil sind und Fahrtwege in Kauf nehmen.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Una casa meravigliosa, un angolo di paradiso. Casa curata e accogliete con un meraviglioso giardino. La vista appaga gli occhi e la notte le lucciole fanno compagnia. Super consigliato.

Dom, záhrada, bazén aj tenisový kurt zodpovedali ponuke, dom bol absolútne úžasný, zariadený veľmi precízne, štýlovo a honosne. Drobnosti ako sem tam nefungujúci vypínač neboli žiadnou prekážkou, okamžite sme sa cítili ako doma. Okolie prenádherne voňalo kvetmi lipy, oleandrami, jazmínom, všetko bolo rozkvitnuté, trávnik mal dokonaý zostrih. Bazén bol absolútne skvelý, rovnako tenisový kurt. Domček pri bazéne poskytoval útočisko pred slnkom, vybavený chladničkou, sedačkou, kuchynkou, rovnako boli k dispozícii sprchy a toalety. Z domu a záhrady sme boli absolútne unesení, aj okolie bolo úžasné. Výlety do Maceraty, Perugie, úžasného Assisi, ale aj San Marina a do hôr Como Grande, či k Lago di Fiastra boli zážitkom. K moru sme sa dostali rýchlo, pláž bola čistá a v našom termíne nebola preplnená. Rovnako obchody boli dostupné. Oceňovali sme hlavne súkromie a kľud v nehnuteľnosti. Ďakujeme za skvelý pobyt

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

Beh, che dire.. un'esperienza unica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Attenzione ai dettagli, cordialità, puntualità, disponibilità. La casa è bellissima,le camere sono pittoresche,il paesaggio è mozzafiato. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

Una settimana di vero relax! La casa è molto accogliente, familiare e super fornita. Il luogo è meraviglioso! Farsi il bagno con vista monti Sibillini, impareggiabile! Ottima location per staccare da tutto. Caterina molto disponibile e flessibile. Vorremo tornare sicuramente nel periodo di fioritura dei girasoli! Super consigliata!

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura per una settimana sentendoci come a casa. La villetta è stupenda, posizionata in modo strategico ci ha permesso di avere il massimo della privacy e allo stesso tempo di accedere ai servizi in modo facile. Abitanti di Santa Vittoria, cordiali, molto bravi e professionali. La piscina un plus indispensabile per rendere completo questo angolo di paradiso. Posto perfetto per il relax, stare in famiglia, correre e andare in bici. Panorami davvero eccezionali. Nella casa non manca davvero nulla, tutto perfetto. I titolari della struttura sono fantastici, sempre disponibili, precisi e cordiali.
