Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Fermo

Stanza in casa di campagna, zona davvero molto tranquilla. I padroni di casa molto accoglienti e simpatici. Colazione buonissima sia dolce che salata varia ogni giorno, dolci fatti in casa davvero ottimi. Consigliatissimo!!

Very grateful to have been welcomed by Paolo’s family who were completely accommodating of me. The attic conversion was comfortable and private but my highlight was the very affectionate dog!

This is a lovely bnb in a beautiful setting. The views are incredible, from our bedroom we watched fireworks that were on the coast! Sea and Mountain Views and an easy walk up the hill to a quaint and very historic hill top village, Ripatransone. We found the most narrow alley in Italy there! We enjoyed caffè and delicious meals in authentic bars and cafes, and a farm based restaurant. Maria is a very kind and generous host, helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations, as well as giving us her home grown fruit, eggs and delicious olive oil. We arrived to a tasty freshly baked cake! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this bnb for anyone who would want to be farm based, but very close to the beautiful beaches of the area.

Piekny,duży dom w stylu włoskim z niesamowita historia,pieczołowicie odrestaurowany przez właścicieli i wyposażony ze smakiem.położony na uboczu miejscowości Servigliano.Gospodarz otwarty,miły,dostępny w trybie online ;)Zostaliśmy otoczeni wspaniała opieka,wskazówkami,sugestiami dotyczącymi pobytu,zwiedzania itd.Absolutnie wykracza to poza standard.Konstrukcja domu sprawia ze klimatyzacja nie jest konieczna nawet przy 40oC upałach jakie panowały podczas naszego pobytu.Dom jest otoczony dość dużym ogrodem i terenem co daje duże poczucie swobody.Mimo iż dom jest zlokalizowany bezpośrednio przy drodze hałas nie jest uciążliwy,po drugim dniu nie zwracaliśmy już na niego uwagi.Servigliano jest z prwnoscia miejscem w Którym można odpocząć od zgiełku kurortów i poczuć klimat Włoch !

Carla and her sons are wonderful hosts! The whole property is a dream, from the pool to the fantastic restaurant - where you are spoiled with culinary delights! We would love to come back!

Lovely, comfortable flat, all the necessary amenities for a family….. wonderful location. Close to the beach, pizzeria, supermarket and local funfair. Everything needed for a holiday for a small family. Air conditioning made the time in the flat very comfortable. Alessandro was very accommodating and extended the check-out time to accommodate our flight. When we return to Lido di Fermo, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

l'appartamento è nuovo, molto carino ,ben arredato e ha tutto ciò che serve per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. comodo da raggiungere è immerso nel verde e nella pace delle colline marchigiane con panorama incantevole sui monti sibillini. i proprietari sono persone piacevoli e molto disponibili, colazione ricca e buona e sono andati incontro alle esigenze vegane di mia moglie accoglienti anche verso gli animali

This appartment was very tidy and lovely, equipped with everything you need. Stefano is a great host and there when you needed him. We had a great stay!

Soggiorno ottimale

Piccolo monolocale proprio in centro, era semplice ma aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulito. La host è stata puntualissima e disponibile.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen, großzügigen, hellen, super sauberen, perfekt ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Paola und Alberto. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Lage und ist fußläufig zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und zum Meer. Pedaso ist ein schöner, noch nicht von Touristen überfüllter Ort, auch um von dort aus viele andere schöne Orte und zahlreiche Strände der Marken in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Paola und ihr Mann sind perfekte Gastgeber, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diverse Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Obst, Kekse, Kaffee, Wasser, Milch, Gewürze, etc. stehen den Gästen bei Ankunft zur freien Verfügung. Wir danken Paola und Alberto für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft, können ihre Wohnung für alle Ruhesuchenden nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Struttura pulita, ben curata, situata a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Sarnano e molto facile da raggiungere. La posizione consente di visitare diversi borghi e/o di fare escursioni di diverse difficoltà, dando quindi la possibilità di conoscere un territorio molto interessante. Nella struttura ci si può rilassare e rinfrescare in piscina, leggere in totale tranquillità all'ombra degli alberi, oppure usufruire del barbecue a disposizione. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e ha sempre consigli sui possibili itinerari. Sicuramente un alloggio consigliato per umani e cani.

Great room and pool, peaceful and relaxing , lovely hill towns and Italian countryside within driving distance

L'alloggio e' situato in una zona centrale ed e' circondato da ogni tipo di servizi o bisogni di cui si ha bisogno. La casa e' molto pulita e organizzata con ogni confort di cui si ha bisogno. Il proprietario Riccardo e' molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile alle esigenze dell'ospite. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare da lui.

Simone è molto cortese e disponibile e ci ha aiutato a trovare ristoranti all'ultimo minuto. davvero disponibile e gentile!

Ruhiges Apartment am Rande von Sarnano, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Ort Sarnano inkl. zwei Supermärkten ist gut zu Fuß in max. 15 min. erreichbar (kleiner Anstieg auf dem Rückweg zum Apartment). Und tatsächlich ein Bed & BREAKFAST: Es gibt tolle italienische Leckereien zum Frühstück!

Un bellissimo posto dove soggiornare. Gli host sono davvero gentili e disponibili... hanno fatto tutto (e anche di più) per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole e venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Ein unglaublich magischer Ort. . Wer ein B&B in seiner ursprünglichen Form sucht, ist bei Fabio & Family& Friends- genau richtig. Jedenfalls nach unserem Gefühl hat das zu 100% " gematched" Schon der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und trotz der Sprachbarriere hat uns Fabios Mutter rührend empfangen.Die Unterkunft selbst ist ungeheuer geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Abgeschieden und ruhig haben wir hier entspannte Tage verbracht. Wir werden sicherlich Wiederholungstäter - als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.

Die Gastgeberin war gerade nicht daheim, aber eine gute Freundin von ihr. Diese war sehr sympathisch, ein warmherziger lieber Mensch. Sie hat veil getan, um uns den Aufentahlt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, das ist irh gut gelungen. Alles war wunderschön geschmackvoll dekoriert, der Frühstückstisch eine wahre Pracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem wunderschönen großen eher natürlichen Grundstück mit vielen Sitzplätzen in der Sonne und im Schatten. Unser Zimmer war nett und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Danieles place was excellent, in stunning countryside with a lovely pool and someone was always around to help or advice. Ample of parking, buffet breakfast and a dinning room in the evening which was lovely and meant we didn’t have to go out. Daniele and his wife were lovely.

esperienza top! Soggiorno e location stupendi. I dettagli sono estremamente curati, dagli esterni dotati di ogni comfort per poter passare qualche giorno di relax agli interni (materasso comodissimo e grande pulizia). La colazione sia salata che dolce è fatta con prodotti ottimi, cucinata da Marco, host estremamente gentile. la posizione permette di visitare diversi borghi e le spiagge dei dintorni. assolutamente consigliato!
