Deborah was an excellent host! Very accommodating. She welcomed us with a large fruit bowl and wine as well as drinks. And there was also a farewell gift! Very touching! We felt very comfortable at the place and had a priceless view of the sea. Grazie!

Claudia's stay was fantastic, the apartment internally is very spacious and stylishly furnished, very clean, live is even better than the photos, in front it has a nice garden to eat and an adjacent park with ping pong table and foosball table, possibility to access the pool. The surroundings are wonderful and of unspoiled nature, the main attractions of the Maremma are within walking distance. The host was very present, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. In short, if you are looking for relaxation, nature and a good starting point to get to know the Maremma is the right place. We'll definitely be back!

We could not have asked for more! Very remote location with stunning nature around. Lovely house, flexible check in with the property manager. Rose lives abroad and is available to help anytime. Mind that you might not have a stable cellular connection there. It’s alright outside but inside the house we didn’t have service - which actually was a plus for us to fully unwind in tranquility.

Giulio's place exceeded all expectations, and was one of our best Airbnb experiencea to date! From the moment we booked, Giulio was so friendly and helpful. The house itself is the perfect location, easily walkable to town, with private sea access, and less than a 10 min walk to the stunning white sand Cannelle Beach. The house is spacious and well appointed, and has an incredible view. Everything about our stay was 5 STARS, we are already planning our next stay.

This is such a beautiful villa - we spent 4 weeks there in May 2024 and called this place our home. Its perfectly situated for a calm and relaxing holiday with absolutely amazing views! You can sit there for hours watching the landscape listening to the wildlife around you - which we did. In addition, its also a good spot if you want to get active and go for runs or road bike rides (and mountain biking which we didn’t do though). The house was very clean, comfortable and Cristiana is a great host who was always available for questions and support and surely went the extra mile for us as guests. The house is very well equipped with whatever you may need. In the village of Saturnia there are some nice restaurants and cafes but be prepared to walk up a rather steep hill for half an hour or take a car. The surrounding villages of Montemerano, Manciano or Pitigliano are surely worth a visit. Don’t miss out on Orbetello and Grosseto though. We will miss „our“ house! 😉

We were immediately impressed by the cottage (and the location). It is for us the dream accommodation in Italy (and maybe in many parts of the world) for a couple. We have been to Airbnb listings many times, but none is as wonderful as the house on the cliffs. The house is a small, personal with plenty of space for the belongings. We found it to be personal as it lives with the stories of the owners and that makes it very much alive. Every comfort is available (dishwasher, washing machine, heating or air conditioning if necessary). The terrace and sun deck are amazing and the possibility of swimming and snorkeling on the cliffs are the icing on the cake. Ferruccio is a wonderful host, he gives all the necessary information and is always available. We didn't want to leave and hope to be able to live in this jewel again. Alessandro”s Air BnB was comfortable and clean. The location was absolutely beautiful - peaceful and calm. Waking up to the water view was amazing. We unfortunately were not able to utilize the path from the house to the private beach area, as it was rocky and very steep - found a beach area though just a short walk away which was very nice. We definitely needed a car to visit surrounding towns, but Talamone itself was walkable with restaurants, a few stores, and a beach. All around lovely stay. Thank you!

A two-storey villa on the lake shore with a private parking lot (we had 2 cars, but I think 4 will fit there), its own garden, a dining area on the street and its own exit to the lake. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a washing machine, a dining area and 3 bedrooms: with a large double bed, with a smaller double bed and with two beds - adult and children's. The second floor has a separate entrance via the street staircase. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a coffee machine, 2 bathrooms, a common area with a double sofa and a single sofa. There were 10 of us and we were accommodated quite comfortably. Perfect for 2-4 families (depending on the number of children). The villa is located far from the road, which allows you to enjoy the silence and privacy. At the same time, the sea shore with a sandy beach is a 3-5 minute walk, and the town of Porto Santo Stefano with a fish market, shops, restaurants and a ferry to the island of Giglio is a 10-minute drive.

Franca and Giulio were great hosts and took care of our well-being. The house is idyllically situated in a quiet environment in an elevated location, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool, which perfectly rounded off our time there. Overall it was a relaxing and unforgettable stay – we will be happy to come back!

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

That was my 2nd stay in this amazing house! I felt again immediately at home and comfortable. Maria’s housekeeper was extremely welcoming and helped us connect our electric car with the house mains.

The villa is located in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea and a few minutes walk from a couple of coves (10 minutes to Spiaggia Mar Morto; 15 minutes to Le Cannelle). In the morning it has shade and excellent ventilation. The sunny afternoon, but the pool offers opportunities for refreshment and relaxation. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Ideal for those who love quiet life, far from the hustle and bustle of the village (Porto Santo Stefano is about a 20-minute drive, to do the shopping you have to plan because the supermarkets are all there). The amenities (bathroom and kitchen) are a little outdated, should be renovated.

Wonderful villa, close to the amenities of the port but very peaceful and quiet. Well-kept, clean and tidy indoor and outdoor spaces and a unique panorama. The hosts are very kind, helpful and accommodating to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend staying in this home. I have been to the island of Giglio several times and I will definitely return, again to this accommodation. Another plus: mosquito repellent kits! It is not obvious to find them offered by the owners, it had never happened to me. Great guys! Thanks again and see you soon!

I stayed with 6 friends for 1 week. The outdoor area and surroundings were stunning. The wifi and dishwasher could have been better. Fabrizio is a great host he explained everything to us and showed us the surroundings. Overall, we had a great week☺️

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. My husband and I chose Marco and Marta’s Villa to renew our 30th Anniversary vows. It was a magical experience that we will treasure forever. We had our boys with us to celebrate and the Villa was perfect for all five of us. It was so cozy and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Tuscan dinners including all the amenities. Marco and Marta had their wine and olive oil for us to enjoy during our stay. The wine was amazing and the olive oil so yummy. The yard was spectacular overlooking the Tuscan mountains with the lovely pool to enjoy daily and outdoor seating to savor those beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets. Marta and Marco were perfect hosts and went out of their way to help make our anniversary extra special. It was a true Tuscan experience and we highly recommend their Villa. It was everything we expected and much much more. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

The host and his colleague were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful while giving us our space. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience of their guests. They created an amazing atmosphere and made our stay unforgettable. For anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy a peaceful escape, this is a must-stay. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.
