I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

The purest Tuscan dream! Gabriele's house is located on a cypress avenue in the middle of the Tuscan hills with a gigantic view. If you love peace, privacy and beautiful nature, this is the place for you. The extremely well-maintained pool was spectacular in its location and very lovingly laid out with beautiful plants and enchanting little cabins, each belonging to one of the houses, so that the shared use with other families worked without any problems. Gabriele was very courteous, friendly, helpful and always available. Our dog also felt very comfortable, had a lot of exercise and a great walk and was treated very kindly by Gabriele. We definitely want to come back to this extraordinary and wonderful place!

My girlfriend and I had wonderful days in the accommodation. Andrea is a great host and was always very flexible to reach. Everything was great and we will be happy to come back!:)

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

We had a great stay. The house matches the description very well and is perfectly equipped. Consuelo was super responsive and helpful and even brought us some olive oil and lettuce from the farm ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The garden is really fantastic and nicely maintained. You can sit in different places, there is even an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator ,freezer and gas fork. The pool is super clean and is cleaned every morning. The house itself is also very nice, cool and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are very quiet and for nature lovers plenty to spot wildlife within a 2-minute walk. We spotted deer, pigs, foxes and even a wolf. Really great! The poolside paradise sign is not there for nothing, it is really a paradise! We definitely recommend it and if we are in the area again we will definitely come back! Maria Teresa thank you so much for everything!

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Wow, what a peaceful place ! And that view 🤩 If you’re looking for a quiet environment to disconnect while enjoying nature and small medieval town walks (and taste good wines) this is the right place ! Ginevra is a very careful host, always looking to take care of you whatever happens, you will feel very supported !

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

Alexander's lovely place is bright and cool. Spacious and functional spaces inside and convenient access to an outdoor space overlooking the sea beyond Via Panoramica. Perfect for a family vacation and as a base to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Argentario. We fell in love with Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, just a few minutes away by car (and a nice walk, challenging but fascinating) from the accommodation. Alexander and Ariel were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

I loved everything about my two days here - Manciano is a great place to be based and Luisella’s place was great. It’s well equipped and feels quirky and characterful. Very close to the piazza (which has a great restaurant/wine bar) and the roof terrace was lovely at any time of day, with beautiful views, and often a welcome breeze! Wish I’d had longer here.

Lovely place and very comfortable. Fiorenza is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely recommend to others and hopefully visit again ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, scenic, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. Arianna was excellent at communicating and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very comfortable, nice interior, super clean, and well-equipped. There was a nice small patio outside. The location was close to a main road and easy to find but there was no noise from the road. Riccardo was an excellent host, very proactive in communication and responded quickly to all messages. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend Riccardo’s place!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

First experience on Mount Argentario...the nature, the views and the tranquility are priceless, especially here in Riccardo's house. There was everything that could make my stay perfect. The terrace is the highlight of the house, the countless sunsets I enjoyed during my stay will remain etched in my eyes, not to mention the starry skies. The house is equipped with everything, simple but well-kept, tidy and clean. Upon arrival, I found fresh water and a delicious bottle of local wine, a very welcome surprise! In the evening, you can enjoy a light and fresh breeze, which is always pleasant after a hot afternoon. For those with dogs, there is a large space where they can run around, always being careful of the wild animals in the area that could roam around. Thanks to Riccardo for all the availability he has always had. Definitely worth coming back! Maria Storti

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there and it was an absolute pleasure. Spacious house, pristine, impressively well-equipped, private and cosy. The area around the house is beautiful with a picturesque and well-maintained garden where I spent a lot of my time running around and playing with my son. The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea meeting the skies at the horizon, mountainous landscape and a large castle in view. The host, Enrico, gave us a warm welcome and we felt right at home. He was responsive, kind, and provided many tips and assistance with everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet family vacation in Tuscany.

We had a good time right away. The location is really great. The house is very nice, equipped with everything you need. Beyond the automatic gate, there is convenient private parking (easy to access). Inside the property there is a garden, beautifully maintained by Mr. Giovanni (Maria Luisa's husband), which denotes the attention dedicated to the place. Also in the garden there is a masonry barbecue that we used and much appreciated. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast, in the tranquility of the place, with the beautiful view of the sea and the island of Giglio to be the backdrop. We took advantage of the kitchen and had a good time. For the night we used the sofa bed, which is located at the entrance, which was very comfortable. The place is slightly far from Santo Stefano but, due to the quietness of the place, we did not suffer the distance. Thank you to Alessia who has supported us with professionalism, to Giovanni and Maria Luisa for their kindness.

MARCELLO's house is a small refuge where the tranquility, silence and music of nature make it the master, the spectacle of the evening view is wonderful and if you want a little life the village is 10' by car. You can reach the sea on foot, of course putting some energy on us to face the 400m path between up and down, but still quite easy. Mosquitoes are a bit to be hoarded, but there are tools. For us it is always a return... home, thank you Marcello

Fantastic location. Amazing views. Direct access to the sea - rocky but easily doable. Facilities and cleanliness TOP. Walk to the city. Giulia's parents live in the house and are very accommodating. Highly recommend! (Extensive construction work takes place in the annex, which cannot be avoided.)

Great stay with spectacular terrace on the Bay of Santo Stefano. Quiet area. Possibility of using the pool 24 mx10m and tennis court. The only thing I would put some extra pans and lids to cook especially if you are in 5-6 people. The apartment is very spacious, divided over two floors with great indoor spaces and two bathrooms. Air conditioning allows you to sleep even in case of high temperatures. The most interesting part is the large terrace where you can dine or rest the night before dinner. To get to the area of Santo Stefano where the restaurants are located we preferred to walk. It takes about 10-15 minutes, but it should be considered that the village is about 100-150 meters lower. So on the way back you have to make the climb. However, I think the location is ideal and very quiet compared to eating an apartment in the center. The pool is sheltered and therefore usufriubule even in case of wind.
