We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. While traveling by motorcycle with a couple of friends, we discovered a real gem near Capalbio. Comfortable and very clean accommodation, fabulous terrace with postcard view. Well-kept garden and parking on the property. Graziano and Maria are fantastic hosts who do everything to offer the best. Absolutely convenient price for what it offers. I loved everything about my two days here - Manciano is a great place to be based and Luisella’s place was great. It’s well equipped and feels quirky and characterful. Very close to the piazza (which has a great restaurant/wine bar) and the roof terrace was lovely at any time of day, with beautiful views, and often a welcome breeze! Wish I’d had longer here.

Lovely place and very comfortable. Fiorenza is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely recommend to others and hopefully visit again ourselves.

The home was nice and clean. Location was right in the heart of Pitigliano! We enjoyed our stay in Pitigliano, cute medieval town and very walk-able. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, we had to park outside of the city proper. But the steps where wroth it.

The apartment was very comfortable, nice interior, super clean, and well-equipped. There was a nice small patio outside. The location was close to a main road and easy to find but there was no noise from the road. Riccardo was an excellent host, very proactive in communication and responded quickly to all messages. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend Riccardo’s place!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

Nice and practical apartment and a really nice and helpful host: we recomend the place to everyone who wants a peaceful place to stay, really close to Saturnia.

The place is beautiful and we had a great time. It was difficult to leave. The snooker table, pizza oven and pool were big hits for us. The location feels remote, like you're a bit deep in the mountains, very peaceful, but you're really only about 10 minutes from Arcidosso and grocery store. We didn't realize how close we were to Mt Amiata, which offers great views and hiking trails, and also mountain biking activities! We rented bikes one day, it was fun! Ernesta was super nice and helpful, always answered quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our way initially, as the road you have to take is not marked all the way in Airbnb or Google Maps. When we were confused on the final turn, we asked the locals and they pointed us the right way, then we found Ernesta waiting for us.

Well-decorated accommodation with taste. Supermarket 50 m away. Small town center 200 m away, train station 400 m away. Warm welcome that changes us from code locks. A one-night stop on the road to the south for us. We recommend

We spent a long weekend in Alberese to enjoy a bit of Maremma and the sea. Marica and Davide's apartment is exactly as you can see from the photos: beautiful and cozy, with a private garden that was very convenient. Davide was available and flexible. The apartment is located in the center of Alberese, easy to reach. Marina di Alberese can be reached by bicycle or by a convenient shuttle. Recommended!

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our 2 children and they absolutely loe grounds and especially watching the farming being done. It is such a charming spot and close to plenty of towns with plenty to do!

We had a great stay. The place belongs to a beautiful farm, with animals, great view and nice hosts. We would come back😊

Great holiday home with beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. No less than 3 spacious bedrooms with great beds. A nice covered terrace with the same beautiful view where you can have delicious breakfast or dinner. The private swimming pool is of course also fantastic, our children enjoyed this. Gabriele is a very friendly proactive host who sent all nice tips and useful info in advance and awakened our self upon arrival. Despite the slightly inclement weather during the week we were there, there is plenty to do and visit in the area, when the weather is nice you can also go to the coast. I would highly recommend this stay and hope to come back someday!

Very nice and quiet place to stay, perfect for families. The pool was great, the house large enough for 4 adults + toddler, everything very clean, very well equipped kitchen. The pizzeria in the village is very good, the other larger places are a bit far away. All in all, a beautiful place to stay

The house is located near Saturnia and other places in the Maremma...a strategic place to visit these places in a quiet setting with a fenced-in garden where we could leave our dog free and relax to read a book in the cool Massimo and his wife are super accurate in welcoming the parking lot is in the garden of the house very comfortable

We stayed at Casa del Fico in April 2025. The house is very nice, clean and well cared for, located in the silence of the countryside behind Marina di Pescia Romana, with numerous beds available. In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, there is also one in the basement, both with long tables that allow lunches and dinners even for large guests (there were 9 of us). In the beautiful garden there is a pool and a gazebo with another large table that allows you to eat outdoors, better if under the stars, clearly visible given the poor light pollution of the area (especially for those who live in the city). There are numerous places to visit in the neighborhood: Saturnia, Tarquinia, the archaeological park of Vulci, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, the Maremma, just to name a few, plus of course the sea. The owner is very nice and approachable. We can only recommend Casa del Fico to all those who intend to plan a vacation in these beautiful areas.

We had a great stay there, everything was fine & we really enjoyed it there. Also Stefano, the host, was very friendly and helpful!

The villa is located in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea and a few minutes walk from a couple of coves (10 minutes to Spiaggia Mar Morto; 15 minutes to Le Cannelle). In the morning it has shade and excellent ventilation. The sunny afternoon, but the pool offers opportunities for refreshment and relaxation. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Ideal for those who love quiet life, far from the hustle and bustle of the village (Porto Santo Stefano is about a 20-minute drive, to do the shopping you have to plan because the supermarkets are all there). The amenities (bathroom and kitchen) are a little outdated, should be renovated.

A beautiful place, immersed in greenery and tranquility. The home is cozy and equipped with all the comforts. Elia was very kind, available to provide us with all the necessary information. Highly recommend :)
