Holiday rentals with a pool in Porto Santo Stefano

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there and it was an absolute pleasure. Spacious house, pristine, impressively well-equipped, private and cosy. The area around the house is beautiful with a picturesque and well-maintained garden where I spent a lot of my time running around and playing with my son. The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea meeting the skies at the horizon, mountainous landscape and a large castle in view. The host, Enrico, gave us a warm welcome and we felt right at home. He was responsive, kind, and provided many tips and assistance with everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet family vacation in Tuscany.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The garden is really fantastic and nicely maintained. You can sit in different places, there is even an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator ,freezer and gas fork. The pool is super clean and is cleaned every morning. The house itself is also very nice, cool and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are very quiet and for nature lovers plenty to spot wildlife within a 2-minute walk. We spotted deer, pigs, foxes and even a wolf. Really great! The poolside paradise sign is not there for nothing, it is really a paradise! We definitely recommend it and if we are in the area again we will definitely come back! Maria Teresa thank you so much for everything!

Quiet hidden location - simple and as shown in images and explanation.

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

We had a wonderful time at Lucas' vacation home. Two weeks in the typical Tuscan idyll with more or less private pool helped us recharge our batteries. In addition to the extended pool days, sightseeing should not be neglected either. There are many unique attractions in the surrounding area. However, a car is essential. Most locations take about 1 hour. Luca was a great host and a really nice guy who did everything to make sure we had a good time on our vacation. He knows the area very well and was able to give us a variety of recommendations for fantastic day trips. What we would also like to mention is the cleanliness. The house was really well maintained. Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

The apartment was essential but very nice. Spaces of adequate size. Very quiet and quiet. The Relais is a 10-minute drive from the Terme di Saturnia and 2 minutes from the nearest village.

Giulia was a wonderful host. She greeted us in person and even gave us some honey as a thank you. Very accommodating host! Great recommendations for activities and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Staying at Piero's was a great experience, he and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with some breakfast products and the house was stocked with basic products such as sugar coffee salt, etc. Great restaurant tips. The adequate and spacious outdoor spaces with every possible supply, the interiors are fresh and with mosquito nets on the windows. In front of the house is a winery with great wine and a small shop with fresh and basic products. We highly recommend staying here, we hope to be able to come back.

The villa is located in a beautiful winery. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and watched beautiful sunsets as we sipped coffee in the house. They even gave us free wine bottles for arrival. The house was spacious and had all the stuff we needed for preparing a quick meal as well. Highly recommend

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

We stayed a week in one of the barn houses. The property is immersed in the Maremma countryside where the peace and sounds of nature reign. A few minutes away from vegetable shops, typical products and supermarkets. The nearby beaches are easily accessible in a few minutes by car and suitable for families. Hosts have recommended beaches, restaurants, and things to do near the property. The house is simply furnished but everything is perfectly functional and functional, the garden that each apartment has is delicious, fresh and full of flowers. For us it was an ideal solution to be able to explore the area and have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for for our holidays.

The place was really great, the pool was always empty and the neighbors mega nice, we highly recommend it! The beaches nearby are super nice even in July/ August quite empty. Thanks a lot!

Bartolio is really helpful

Beautiful villa, great location. Very well-kept garden. Inside there was everything you needed. Only the interiors smell a little closed and musty, but by opening doors and windows the air improves.

The kichen equipment could be improved, also a washing machine for clothes would be great. Otherwise - very beautiful place, great pool.

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The area is beautiful too. There was also always a person on site immediately available and very helpful and flexible. The house was clean and had everything to offer. We highly recommend this place. When there were some problem, Saionara always tried to solve asap. For example not working internet. Everything fine

Getting there is adventurous. Arrived there, however, you will find a great spot on earth, because the house of Savina & Riccardo is a real pearl. Great views, quiet and private. It is best to pack a bit of provisions, maybe buy a good wine & cheese from the own organic farm of the two and you can go well. Savina is a great host and is happy to help with any questions via WApp. In the village there is a small market that has the essentials. But it is worth stopping in a larger supermarket again. If you don't trust your car to the cottage, you will also be taken to the property about 2km away. The first descent and driveway were wild but you get used to it and our Mercedes Vito packed it. The highlight was definitely the wine tasting and the great products of their organic farm :)

Very responsive host and listens to your wishes. Beautiful villa, comfortable beds. Enough space to chill individually and enjoy views. Feels very safe. The acoustics inside are good - just keep in mind if you talk loud- everyone in the house hears. Water pressure for showers is not very strong, but that's normal in the area.
