Holiday rentals with breakfast in Porto Santo Stefano

The accommodation is wonderful, comfortable, very clean, and the host was very kind also regarding the flexibility of the check in! A magnificent place and 100% recommended

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

Narita and Roberto are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. There are many attractions in the area, sea, Tarot garden, Saturnia and Vulci thermal baths, etc. Narita has also provided us with useful tips on bars and supermarkets. beautiful garden and beautiful view. to recommend.

Cozy place, the decor of the house cared for in every detail, a mountain house feels like a dip in the past. Ida provided all the information in a clear, detailed and accurate way, she recommended us to see the village of Santa Fiora (wonderful! to visit) a few kilometers from Bagnolo. I recommend it to those who love quiet places in contact with nature.

We had a very pleasant end of week, in a lovely home. The spacious, bright room with a small private terrace and the en-suite bathroom. Cozy spaces, very nice. We found the fireplace lit upon our arrival, the fire is hot and cozy. Excellent hospitality from Lucia , a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of nature, good cuisine, good abundant and varied breakfast....we felt truly at home.....thanks to Lucia and her family. See you soon Sabrina

Federico was a caring and attentive host. The area where the apartment is located is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Very spacious and functional apartment, equipped with everything you need for a stay. Kitchen complete with everything, including salt and oil.

Rosanna is very kind and helpful to the needs of others. She met us in the main square to accompany us to the room, as if she were coming to pick up old friends: one of those people who is a pleasure to meet. We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car parking lot. Highly recommended!!

Very nice, clean accommodation in the city center. Perfect for 4 people, but a little more complex to manage the spaces for 6.

Beautiful farmhouse. Carefully furnished and cozy room. Great and plentiful breakfast. Strategic location for visiting the area and the thermal baths. Sara and Francesco are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The stay in the apartment was pleasant , Ilaria is a great host , always available and able to give you great advice. Very clean apartment, strategic location both for its proximity to shops and restaurants , and to reach the beaches of the Argentario, with an added value of the private parking space.

Communication with Serena was always very fast and friendly. The apartment is idyllically and quietly located in a pine forest: you can always hear the birds, owls and nightingales day and night. The apartment has everything you would have at home, and we felt really comfortable. We had a very nice time here.

Vittorio's house is the most beautiful house in the world, I highly recommend staying here.

Thanks to the ENTIRE family, we felt welcomed and well received. They were always accommodating and never obtrusive. The home is nestled among an olive grove with two very sweet cats. It so peaceful during the day and no light pollution, which made excellent star gazing. We were about 15 minutes to the downtown area but felt like we in a private resort. There’s a full fridge and large oven/stove so you can stock up and make meals. Most importantly, my Mother has very limited mobility, there were no steps or elevator for the first floor bedroom (second bedroom is upstairs with a gorgeous view)

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. Very cool old house with awesome views into the valley. The stones the house is build out of looked super cool and gave a real medieval feeling.

Gaia and Nicolo were so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed their delicious dinner and relaxing in their beautiful quiet garden with a stunning view over the Tuscany landscape. The room and bathroom were impeccable. We definitely recommend to stay there!

Excellent option in Castiglione, close to both the sea and the city. I thought the breakfast option at the time you want was super novel and convenient for the traveler. We loved your company.

Monia's house is comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful garden! The room was clean and nice. The bathroom is very clean, despite being shared with other guests. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the Giannella coast, we saw the sunrise from the veranda, very impressive!

Beautiful surroundings, unique accommodations. Our plane into Rome was unfortunately very late so we missed being able to enjoy the afternoon there, but the host was very accommodating when we had to arrive outside of the normal check-in times. We woke up to a beautiful peaceful view. Breakfast served to us at the tent was a nice touch. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!!
