A beautiful accommodation that offers a panoramic view of the sea. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets, quiet - we could even watch the hoopoe and snack on the ripe apricots and plums in the garden. Francesco is an extremely courteous host and has gone to great lengths and repeatedly asked if everything is okay. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super furnished and the own olive oil is very fine. The approach is also possible with a larger car - we have a Citroen Berlingo.

Annamaria sent an email with lots of really useful info ahead of our stay and check-in was very easy. She was also responsive to messages and friendly, the perfect Airbnb host - thank you Annamaria. The place itself is almost beyond description - it felt to us like our own piece of paradise. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and having our own private bathing-rock to swim from was really special. We cannot wait to return.

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Staying at Paola and Nino’s place was one of the highlights of our trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a setting that truly captures the essence of Tuscan magic. It’s incredibly peaceful, with sweeping views and a real sense of privacy, yet close enough to explore charming villages and beaches. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms, a real plus during the summer heat. Paola and Nino were the most gracious hosts, warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, yet also giving us plenty of space. Their three sweet labradors were a lovely bonus! We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Spending a few days in this charming little house overlooking the sea was wonderful, for lovers of tranquility and greenery: equipped with everything, clean and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea. There is ample outdoor space for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, barbecues, or simply relaxing while watching the sea. It would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Viola is an energetic, friendly and helpful host, she welcomed us warmly and was always available for suggestions or to meet our requests. One of the best experiences ever on Airbnb, I can only recommend it!

Absolutely the best airbnb I have stayed at. Denisa's parents are the sweetest humans to ever exist. They showed me the best places to get food and her mom cooked me pasta to die for. The town is out of a dream and the stay was so comforting and relaxing. Literally if I could give my say 100/10 I would. Would 100% recommend.

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful swimming pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and he was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. Host who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, even on foot. Porto Santo Stefano 4 minutes by car, Orbetello 6 km. Road a little busy and noisy, but the entrance is at the back.

Booked Sabrina's studio during the winter, it was very well located with a beautiful view and had everything we needed. Very easy to communicate with, and I would totally recommend it.

We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Delightful and relaxing stay. I was looking for a place in the Tuscan countryside in contact with nature: I found exactly what I wanted. Convenient both for going to the sea and for walking in the Maremma park. I had such a great time that I want to go back as soon as possible. It was also very nice to have been welcomed by Mrs. Maria, it was like immersing yourself a little in her daily life, working in the fields, managing the animals, the house... I thank the host Fabio for his availability! A stay that was also much appreciated by our little dog! If I had to use one word to describe my stay: nourished, in every way!

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

Our stay at the Argentario House was lovely!! A wonderful family, Franco and his son were so kind and provided great local recommendations and things to do in the area. The location was very walkable, and there were so many amazing restaurants to walk to for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay!

The stay in Walter's apartment was very comfortable and practical. The location was in fact perfect for visiting the most beautiful coves of Monte Argentario and relaxing at the thermal baths of Saturnia. Walter was super helpful and gave us great tips on activities and restaurants in the area.
