Deborah war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit einer großen Obstschale und Wein sowie Getränken begrüßt. Und ein Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch noch! Sehr rührend! Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen unbezahlbaren Blick auf das Meer. Grazie!

Il soggiorno da Claudia è stato fantastico, l'appartamento internamente è molto spazioso ed arredato con stile, pulitissimo, dal vivo è ancora meglio delle foto, davanti ha un bel giardino per mangiare e un parco adiacente con tavolo da ping-pong e biliardino, possibilità di accedere alla piscina. I dintorni sono meravigliosi e di una natura incontaminata, le attrazioni principali della Maremma sono a portata di macchina. La host è stata molto presente, amichevole e ci ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Insomma se cercate relax, natura e un buon punto di partenza per conoscere la Maremma è il posto giusto. Noi torneremo sicuramente !

We could not have asked for more! Very remote location with stunning nature around. Lovely house, flexible check in with the property manager. Rose lives abroad and is available to help anytime. Mind that you might not have a stable cellular connection there. It’s alright outside but inside the house we didn’t have service - which actually was a plus for us to fully unwind in tranquility.

Giulio's place exceeded all expectations, and was one of our best Airbnb experiencea to date! From the moment we booked, Giulio was so friendly and helpful. The house itself is the perfect location, easily walkable to town, with private sea access, and less than a 10 min walk to the stunning white sand Cannelle Beach. The house is spacious and well appointed, and has an incredible view. Everything about our stay was 5 STARS, we are already planning our next stay.

This is such a beautiful villa - we spent 4 weeks there in May 2024 and called this place our home. Its perfectly situated for a calm and relaxing holiday with absolutely amazing views! You can sit there for hours watching the landscape listening to the wildlife around you - which we did. In addition, its also a good spot if you want to get active and go for runs or road bike rides (and mountain biking which we didn’t do though). The house was very clean, comfortable and Cristiana is a great host who was always available for questions and support and surely went the extra mile for us as guests. The house is very well equipped with whatever you may need. In the village of Saturnia there are some nice restaurants and cafes but be prepared to walk up a rather steep hill for half an hour or take a car. The surrounding villages of Montemerano, Manciano or Pitigliano are surely worth a visit. Don’t miss out on Orbetello and Grosseto though. We will miss „our“ house! 😉

Das Häuschen (und die Lage) hat uns sofort begeistert. Es ist für uns die Traumunterkunft in Italien (und vielleicht in vielen Teilen der Welt) für ein Paar. Wir sind bereits oft in Airbnb-Unterkünften gewesen, aber keine ist so wunderbar wie das Haus auf den Klippen. Das Haus ist klein, persönlich mit genügend Platz für die mitgebrachten Sachen. Wir empfanden es als persönlich, da es lebt mit den Geschichten der Eigentümer und das macht es sehr lebendig. Jeder Komfort ist vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, falls nötig Heizung oder Klimaanlage). Die Terrasse und das Sonnendeck sind fantastisch und die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln an den Klippen sind das i-Tüpfelchen. Ferruccio ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, er gibt alle nötigen Informationen und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr fort und hoffen, dieses Schmuckstück nochmals bewohnen zu dürfen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Ferruccio und seine Familie für das Teilen dieses traumhaften Hauses am Meer

"Mal d'Argentario!" Il titolo della mia recensione é la citazione della gentilissima proprietaria che ci ha accolti all'arrivo, mentre ci mostrava la sua bella casa e lo splendido giardino circostante. L'espressione mi é rimasta nel cuore! Non ne avrei trovata una piú azzeccata per descrivere la passione e le emozioni che provo ogni volta che torno all'Argentario per le vacanze estive. Questa volta peró in questa casa é stato ancor piú speciale grazie anche alla bellezza del giardino e del panorama spettacolare (le foto li rappresentano molto bene!) con il senso di pace che offrono. Poter godere in silenzio dei tramonti con la vista su Giannutri e il Giglio é stato per noi il regalo piú prezioso della vacanza, amanti come siamo della natura e della tranquillitá (lontani dalla movida turistica). Non possiamo che confermare tutte le precendenti positive recensioni sulla casa e le baie vicine e consigliarla a tutti coloro che cercano un posto dove ritemprarsi in anima e corpo.

Alessandro”s Air BnB was comfortable and clean. The location was absolutely beautiful - peaceful and calm. Waking up to the water view was amazing. We unfortunately were not able to utilize the path from the house to the private beach area, as it was rocky and very steep - found a beach area though just a short walk away which was very nice. We definitely needed a car to visit surrounding towns, but Talamone itself was walkable with restaurants, a few stores, and a beach. All around lovely stay. Thank you!

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

Двухэтажная вилла на берегу озера с частной стоянкой для машин (у нас было 2 машины, но думаю, там влезет и 4), собственным садиком, обеденной зоной на улице и собственным выходом к озеру. На первом этаже кухня с посудомоечной машиной, санузел со стиральной машиной, столовая зона и 3 спальных комнаты: с большой двуспальной кроватью, с двуспальной кроватью поменьше и с двумя кроватями - взрослой и детской. Второй этаж с отдельным входом по уличной лестнице. На втором этаже 2 спальни с двуспальными кроватями, кухня с кофемашиной, 2 санузла, общая зона с двуспальным диваном и односпальной кушеткой. Нас было 10 человек и мы размещались вполне комфортно. Идеально подойдет для 2-4 семей (в зависимости от количества детей). Вилла стоит вдалеке от проезжей дороге, что позволяет наслаждаться тишиной и уединением. В тоже время в 3-5 мин ходьбы берег моря с песчаным пляжем, а в 10 мин езды город Порто Санто Стефано с рыбным рынком, магазинами, ресторанами и паромом на остров Джильо.

Francas Haus in den Hügel der Toskana umgeben von Weinbergen ist in der Realität deutlich schöner als auf jedem Bild. Wir hatten eine ganz und großartige Woche dort und waren sogar richtig traurig als wir wieder fahren mussten. Alles an diesem einmaligen Ort lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bis auf ein zwei Stops für ein leckeres Frühstück im nahegelegenen Magliano sind wir immer auf dem Grundstück geblieben, weil es uns dort an wirklich nichts gemangelt hat.

Laura’s place was just amazing. Even better than the photos show. Everyone was so helpful and Boris was great with the check in and suggesting places to visit such as beaches and restaurants. The town is is easy walking distance and a lovely walk down in the evening for dinners along quiet paths. We visited with another family and it was the perfect spot. The views are incredible, the garden and pool are beautiful and the house had everything we needed including an extra garden room which was great to give a bit more space for both families. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Platsen magnifik, utsikten sagolik och boendet som sådant levde upp till alla våra förväntningar. En idyll på landsbygden. Fick snabbt svar när vi behövde hjälp och grannen Floriano var en ängel. Vi kände stor avskildhet och fick precis det lugn som vi behövde.

La villa è ubicata in una posizione splendida, con vista sul mare ed a pochi minuti a piedi da un paio di calette (10 minuti per Spiaggia Mar Morto; 15 minuti per Le Cannelle). Al mattino gode di ombra ed eccellente ventilazione. Il pomeriggio più assolata ma la piscinetta offre opportunità di rinfresco e relax. Può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Ideale per chi ama la vita tranquilla, lontani dal trambusto del paese (Porto Santo Stefano è a circa 20 minuti di macchina, per fare la spesa bisogna organizzarsi perché i supermercati sono tutti lì). I servizi (bagno e cucina) un po’ antiquati, andrebbero rimodernati.

Villa meravigliosa, vicina alle comodità del porto ma molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Spazi interni ed esterni curati, puliti e ordinati e un panorama unico. I padroni di casa sono persone gentilissime, disponibili e accomodanti alle necessità degli ospiti. Consiglio fortemente il soggiorno in questa abitazione. Sono stata varie volte all’isola del Giglio e tornerò sicuramente, di nuovo in questo alloggio. Un altro punto in più: i kit antizanzare! Non è scontato trovarli offerti dai proprietari, a me non era mai capitato. Bravi ragazzi! Grazie ancora e a presto!

Ich war mit 6 Freunden für 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich und die Umgebung waren atemberaubend. Das Wlan und Spülmaschine hätten besser sein können. Fabrizio ist ein toller Gastgeber er hat uns alles erklärt und die Umgebung gezeigt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche☺️

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. My husband and I chose Marco and Marta’s Villa to renew our 30th Anniversary vows. It was a magical experience that we will treasure forever. We had our boys with us to celebrate and the Villa was perfect for all five of us. It was so cozy and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Tuscan dinners including all the amenities. Marco and Marta had their wine and olive oil for us to enjoy during our stay. The wine was amazing and the olive oil so yummy. The yard was spectacular overlooking the Tuscan mountains with the lovely pool to enjoy daily and outdoor seating to savor those beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets. Marta and Marco were perfect hosts and went out of their way to help make our anniversary extra special. It was a true Tuscan experience and we highly recommend their Villa. It was everything we expected and much much more. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

The host and his colleague were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful while giving us our space. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience of their guests. They created an amazing atmosphere and made our stay unforgettable. For anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy a peaceful escape, this is a must-stay. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.
