We only stayed 2 nights, but every time we saw the view and the sunset from the terrace... we told ourselves that it is a wonderful fortune to live there. We were warmly welcomed by Eva with genuine and spontaneous friendliness. a very peaceful village that offers a lot of tranquility, immersed in the typical landscape of the area, with the sea within sight! A lovely little apartment with everything you need in the centre of Porto Ercole. This is such a hidden gem of a town with easy access to beaches and restaurants.

Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is truly excellent: an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit in the surroundings of Casa Oikia. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

We had a great time, the apartment matched the description, the location in the center was excellent, all the services are practically on the doorstep, bars, restaurants... Free parking is easily located 5 minutes' walk away, friendly and responsive host, absolutely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We felt so comfortable between the fields in absolute peace. We were able to relax very well in the idyll. Everything is very well maintained and tastefully furnished inside and out. By car, you can also get to the pretty harbor town very quickly and can go out to eat and shop. David was always available for questions. We would definitely come back.

We stayed as two couples, and it was very convenient because there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view from the terrace is simply magnificent. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive people who arranged everything for our comfort so that we didn’t lack anything. It was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return to this apartment again.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

The stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was very kind, always willing to give information and/or advice. The house was even more beautiful than the description and photos. The garage was really important given the high season. The cleanliness was impeccable, the washing machine and dishwasher were very useful, as were the oven to quickly heat croissants or focaccia. There was a wide range of dishes/pots/cutlery. The air conditioning in all rooms (apart from the amenities) was valuable in the scorching heat of thisyear. The decor, very well cared for, immediately gave the impression of being at home and not passing through. The spectacular view from the windows of the living room and the room, along with the two terraces with a table, chairs, and sun loungers was a significant added value. We will definitely be back. Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Salvatore is a fantastic host!! He gave us good advice for beaches, restaurants, clubs, etc. Convenient and fast check-in. We recommend it!!

My husband and I were in Scarlino for a week. I immediately fell in love with the small apartment and the place. Everything we needed was there. Except for breakfast and salad, we didn't prepare anything, but the place has several restaurants. Pizza is always good. If I had to complain about something, it would be that there is hardly any storage space for clothes. We used the extra bed as a storage space. All in all a nice holiday!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is full of charm and perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk from the cove. The hosts are the best—such warm and welcoming people who make you feel right at home. Porto Santo Stefano is about 15 minutes away, and I highly recommend visiting the Thursday farmers' market there for some amazing fresh vegetables.:)

A very charming little village with a fabulous view, an ideal place to recharge your batteries and base yourself for lots of trips and excursions. Host Elisabetta is super accurate and helpful.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

we loved the appartement, brand new good Kitchen, rain shower and a big outside area. Camilla was very nice and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. we feeld at home immediately...

The apartment is located in a complex with a total of 3-4 other apartments. Our apartment was spacious, rather simply equipped, but with everything you need. The complex is located outside in a rural location, but the nearest place and a shopping center can also be reached by bicycle. Beautiful overgrown and very well-maintained garden with swimming pool. Smooth communication with Othmane.
