Holiday rentals with a balcony in Porto Santo Stefano

Top view from the terrace and the space was big and nice. The kitchen supplies were not so clean, bur we had the dish machine to wash what we needed. The apartment is at the top floor with steep stairs to climb. It takes some breath to get to the top, but the view is more than worth it! Very nice and wide terraces to enjoy!

Apartment with fantastic view, clean and with everything you need. Mrs. Monica was very kind and helpful, also for check-in and check-out, and was able to recommend us. Perfect location: you get close to the stairs to Porto S Stefano's waterfront in less than 5 minutes. A short walk away is also a Conad City, Water and Soap, Tobacco, etc. It can be hard to find parking at night. I recommend bringing a repellent or fluff machine against mosquitoes. Overall great experience: I recommend it.

Peaceful spacious accommodation with stunning off-grid views. We had everything we needed. We just couldn't use the pool at the end of the season. Meri was very kind and accommodating, the place went smoothly.

Apartment in a quiet location, very clean and well-kept. The kitchen is well equipped, I also found the minipimer and containers to store food in the fridge! We really appreciated the presence of the air conditioning, given the excessive heat of the past few days, but we were unable to use the balcony where the outdoor unit that heats it is arranged. An oven, convenience store (closed on Sundays) is a bar, and tobacconist are nearby. The beaches of Cala Galera and Feniglia are close and can be reached in a short time by car. Mrs. Susanna was very available to arrange check-in and check-out times. We had a beautiful but short vacation. Thanks.

Great stay, we were with 6 friends and it met our every need. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, great location, with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Only thing to keep in mind: it's very high, so a nice climb is waiting for you if you walk along the sea. The conad is 100m away.

Gorgeous views and sunsets and private cove. Nice apartment. Very difficult to find. GPS limited. Very remote and narrow paths. Bring groceries and be prepared for an adventure. Needs better instructions for finding destination or just go to boutique hotel next door. But undeniably beautiful location.

Beautiful villa, great location. Very well-kept garden. Inside there was everything you needed. Only the interiors smell a little closed and musty, but by opening doors and windows the air improves.

A thoroughly authentic and rustic Tuscan home with delightful views and a private pool in a peaceful setting. An attentive host and clean kitchen with more than all the essentials meant an easy and relaxed holiday.

Stayed here with a group of friends as a base for exploring the broader area and had a great experience. The local host was super friendly, accommodating and super helpful with local recommendations. Great private space for outdoor dining away from the adjacent rental unit.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, just add a board to the kitchen and fix the blind in the kitchen, which was not torn out. Otherwise, everything is clean.

We stayed in one of the villas in 10, for a week. We were really comfortable. The apartment was extra clean and well equipped. There was nothing missing. There is a great attention to detail. The village is well cared for and well cared for and well maintained. Cleanliness and tidiness are at the base of the management. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant. We will be back for sure.
