Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die einen Rundumblick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Wunderbare Sonnenauf-untergänge, ruhig - wir konnten sogar den Wiedehopf beobachten und im Garten die reifen Aprikosen und Pflaumen naschen. Francesco ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Im Haus hat es alles, was man benötigt, die Küche super eingerichtet und das eigene Olivenöl ist sehr fein. Die Anfahrt ist auch mit einem größeren Auto - wir haben einen Citroen Berlingo - möglich.

Annamaria sent an email with lots of really useful info ahead of our stay and check-in was very easy. She was also responsive to messages and friendly, the perfect Airbnb host - thank you Annamaria. The place itself is almost beyond description - it felt to us like our own piece of paradise. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and having our own private bathing-rock to swim from was really special. We cannot wait to return.

Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse (Meerblick) war praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Danke, dass wir ihre Wohnung mieten durften.

Cristiano was a great host. The bnb was full of character and very clean. Fantastic location. Had everything we needed plus extras. Highly recommend.

Vivere qualche giorno in questa graziosa casetta vista mare è stato splendido, per gli amanti della tranquillità e del verde: fornita di tutto, pulita e ottimamente arredata, immersa nella natura da cui è possibile godere di tramonti spettacolari sul mare. Ampia disponibilità di spazi all'aperto per fare colazione, pranzi e cene, barbecue o semplicemente rilassarsi guardando il mare, un peccato non approfittare. Viola è un'host energica, amichevole e disponibile, ci ha accolti calorosamente ed è sempre stata disponibile per suggerimenti o venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Una delle migliori esperienze in assoluto su Airbnb, non posso che consigliare!

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Ivo hanno davvero fatto la differenza durante questo soggiorno durante il quale più volte si è informato se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e rendendosi disponibile per darci informazioni su cosa visitare e dove mangiate. Peccato che manchino i fornelli perché la visuale da casa é talmente bella che varrebbe la pena poter cucinare a casa e godersela :)

Che dire soggiornare all’appartamento ponte di comando da Fabrizio e’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa: casa pulita, con una vista mozzafiato e una bellissima piscina. Fabrizio è un host gentilissimo. Francesco e’ stato super disponibile ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha riaccompagnato e non da meno flessibile nel check out dato che avevamo la nave ne pomeriggio. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

una settimana con il mare fronte casa piatto, lido o spiaggia libera, acqua pulitissima, barche ben lontane dalla riva. appartamento freschissimo. acqua calda con doccia esterna e interna. Ospite che mi ha fornito indicazioni precise e in tempi brevissimi, risolvendo ogni mio problema. ristoranti vicini anche a piedi. porto santo stefano a 4 minuti in auto, orbetello a 6 km. strada un po trafficata e rumorosa, ma l'ingresso è sul retro.

Monolocale ampio, luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort. La vista che si gode dal balcone è indescrivibile, da sola vale tutto il prezzo! Penso sia davvero difficile trovare di meglio. Sabrina è stata sempre gentile e disponibile e per questo la ringrazio!

Casa favolosa e vista impagabile sul Giglio. L’alloggio di Fabiola è un sogno. L’host inoltre è stato sempre disponibile e premuroso. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Beatrice und Andrea sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Soggiorno delizioso e rilassante. Ricercavo un luogo nella campagna toscana a contatto con la natura: ho trovato esattamente ciò che desideravo. Comodo sia per recarsi al mare sia per camminare nel parco della Maremma. Sono stata così bene che desidero tornare appena possibile. E’ stato inoltre molto bello essere stati accolti dalla signora Maria, e’ stato come immergersi un pochino nella sua quotidianità, lavoro nei campi, gestire gli animali, la casa… Ringrazio l’host Fabio per la sua disponibilità! Soggiorno apprezzatissimo anche dal nostro cagnolino! Se dovessi usare una parola per descrivere il mio soggiorno: nutrita, sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

We had a wonderful time at Alberto‘s and Laura‘s - it turned out that we didn’t do as many trips into the surroundings as planned because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the garden and the amazing views. It was the perfect ending of a fantastic vacation in Italy - I hope we will be back next year :) We received a fantastic welcome, home made bread, jam and pasta - and immediately felt like home. Grazie! One thing to mention is that the apartment is kind of thin-walled towards the second apartment - that didn’t bother us at all, but might be of interest for fellow travellers who are sensitive to noises. All in all, certainly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

Our stay at the Argentario House was lovely!! A wonderful family, Franco and his son were so kind and provided great local recommendations and things to do in the area. The location was very walkable, and there were so many amazing restaurants to walk to for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay!

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Walter è stato molto confortevole e pratico. La posizione è stata infatti perfetta per visitare le più belle calette del Monte Argentario e per rilassarsi alle terme di Saturnia. Walter è stato super disponibile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulle attività e i ristoranti in zona.
