An absolutely perfect stay! The villa is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful setting—ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The path leading to the house winds through nature, adding to the charm. Just 5–7 minutes by car from the center of Castel del Piano, the property offers stunning views, a lovely garden, and a pool with an outdoor kitchen. A few friendly cats roam around, adding a cozy touch. The host provided clear and helpful directions from the village to the villa. A true little paradise!

The house its stunning, a beautiful view surrounds the place making it a peaceful scape from the hectic city life. Raul was extremely helpful and welcoming, he graciously allowed us to check in late at night and took care of us throughout the days with politeness and respect. We had a great time and would definitely come back for a longer stay!

siamo stati una settimana mio marito ed io e ci siamo trovati benissimo. la zona è tranquilla, ottima per riposare , ed è vicina alla spiaggia. alloggio pulito e con tutto ciò che poteva servire. le ragazze sono state tutte sempre molto disponibili e accoglienti. lo consiglio a chi vuole godersi giorni per recuperare, senza il caos del turismo .

Super mooie lokatie en een zeer sfeervol luxe huis met alle gemakken en gezelligheid Vele leuke plekjes in de tuin en dichtbij dorp en strand (10 min rijden) Isolina was erg lief en een erg fijne host. Ontzettende aanrader!

Als je hier verblijft, waan je je in een schilderij, zo mooi is dit huisje gelegen in de bergen! Lucca is echt super aardig en grappig. Hij verteld een hoop. Het restaurant wat ze runnen is ook prima, en goed eten! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Abbiamo appena trascorso un meraviglioso fine settimana in questa villa straordinaria e siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. La casa è spettacolare, con una piscina di giuste dimensioni, una piscina idromassaggio riscaldata e un barbecue a gas che ha reso le nostre serate indimenticabili. La villa offre privacy e tranquillità difficili da trovare altrove. È composta da due appartamenti indipendenti, arredati con gusto e comfort. È stata la perfetta oasi di relax per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. L'unica nota negativa riguarda il check-out alle 9, senza possibilità di posticiparlo. Nonostante questo, il soggiorno è stato eccezionale e torneremmo sicuramente! Consiglio questa villa a chiunque cerchi un rifugio di lusso e pace assoluta. P.S. Tutto il personale con cui ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi è stato super amichevole e accomodante; menzione speciale per Cosmo, per la sua cortesia e gentilezza!

Ottima sistemazione, in mezzo al verde, silenzioso benché vicino al paese ed alla spiaggia. Fascino del rustico, ma tutto funzionante.

What an amazing and beautiful home! We loved our stay here with our family and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Susanna and Tiziano for my sisters birthday dinner. Gorgeous location, great pool, really fun art all over the entire house that’s been restored but full of character. Plus it’s just 5 mins and your at the hot springs or restaurants. We can’t it to go back!

Soggiorno delizioso e rilassante. Ricercavo un luogo nella campagna toscana a contatto con la natura: ho trovato esattamente ciò che desideravo. Comodo sia per recarsi al mare sia per camminare nel parco della Maremma. Sono stata così bene che desidero tornare appena possibile. E’ stato inoltre molto bello essere stati accolti dalla signora Maria, e’ stato come immergersi un pochino nella sua quotidianità, lavoro nei campi, gestire gli animali, la casa… Ringrazio l’host Fabio per la sua disponibilità! Soggiorno apprezzatissimo anche dal nostro cagnolino! Se dovessi usare una parola per descrivere il mio soggiorno: nutrita, sotto tutti i punti di vista!

L’alloggio di Massimiliano si trova in uno spazio davvero splendido, ti sentirai fuori da tutto circondato da amache mucche e con una piscina spettacolare. Massimiliano è un host molto attento e consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Toskana. Wir haben besonders die Kombination aus Natur und Kultur sehr genossen. Schöne Strände, gutes Essen, wirklich freundliche Menschen, selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Rom war gut machbar. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt, auch weil Raffaele bei kleineren Problemen immer ein guter Ansprechpartner war.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Bel appartement situé en dessous d'un autre logement avec jardin partagé. La plage est à 3 minutes à pied. Parking privé très appréciable dans l'île . Très bonne communication et très bien accueilli par la propriétaire. Je recommande évidemment.

Familienurlaub (4 Pers.) Ende August 2024: Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und privat.Aussergewöhnlich ist das große Grundstück, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes, schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und genießen findet! Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses ist sehr beliebt, man kann aber problemlos morgens und abends dorthin gehen, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas älter aber funktionell in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Isabella funktionierte einwandfrei, um kleinere Probleme kümmerte sie sich umgehend. Die Anfahrt ist über eine recht schmale, gewundene Zufahrtsstraße- kein Problem bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise, allerdings dauert es natürlich etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort (Einkaufen, Essen gehen) ankommt. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kindern, für 2 Familien ist die Aufteilung der Betten/ Zimmer eher ungünstig. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Privatsphäre und Natur lieben! Danke Isabella! Es war wunderschön.

Geweldig vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Maar liefst 3 ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. Een fijn overdekt terras met hetzelfde prachtige uitzicht waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten of dineren. Het privezwembad is natuurlijk ook fantastisch, onze kinderen hebben hiervan genoten. Gabriele is een zeer vriendelijke proactieve host die vantevoren allemaal leuke tips en handige info stuurde en onze zelf opwachte bij aankomst. Ondanks het iets mindere weer tijdens de week dat wij er zaten is er vanalles te doen en te bezoeken in de omgeving, bij mooi weer kun je ook nog naar de kust. Ik zou dit verblijf van harte aanraden en hoop er ooit nog terug te komen!

De locatie was waanzinnig; rustig, magisch en super mooi! Luca is een goede host. Het enige nadeel was dat we nog geen gebruik konden maken van de sauna, zwembad en jaccuzi. Maar verder echt top!

Wonderful stay at an authentic Tuscan farmhouse! We found exactly what we were looking for: a classic old farmhouse that perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Tuscany. The spacious garden and peaceful surroundings allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail – perfect for winding down after a long day. The rooms are a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Communication with David was excellent and straightforward. Hopefully, this won't be our last stay here!

El lugar es muy lindo y relajante. Ginebra es muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Totalmente recomendable.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. The place is beautiful and we had a great time. It was difficult to leave. The snooker table, pizza oven and pool were big hits for us. The location feels remote, like you're a bit deep in the mountains, very peaceful, but you're really only about 10 minutes from Arcidosso and grocery store. We didn't realize how close we were to Mt Amiata, which offers great views and hiking trails, and also mountain biking activities! We rented bikes one day, it was fun! Ernesta was super nice and helpful, always answered quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our way initially, as the road you have to take is not marked all the way in Airbnb or Google Maps. When we were confused on the final turn, we asked the locals and they pointed us the right way, then we found Ernesta waiting for us.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, perfekt für Familien. Der Pool war super, das Haus groß genug für 4 erwachsenen + Kleinkind, alles sehr sauber, sehr git ausgestattete Küche. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist sehr gut, die anderen größeren Orte sind etwas weit weg. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Maria Teresa. De tuin is echt fantastisch en mooi onderhouden. Je kan er op verschillende plekjes zitten, er is zelfs een buitenkeuken met ijskast ,vriezer en gasfornhuis. Het zwembad is superschoon en wordt elke ochtend schoon gemaakt. Het huis zelf is ook heel fijn, koel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is zeer rustig en voor natuurliefhebbers genoeg wild te spotten op 2 minuten lopen. Wij hebben herten, zwijnen, vossen en zelfs een wolf gespot. echt geweldig! Het bordje poolside paradise staat er niet voor niks, het is echt een paradise! We raden het zeker aan en als wij weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug! Maria Teresa hartelijk dank voor alles!
