Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

To this day it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, an amazing pool, there is a supermarket for 4 minutes walking . There has everything and normal price, Atacarejo Pai and Filho. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics , crockery , pans… if you want to save yourself you can buy and cook at home. I will definitely be back this year . Thanks to the couple who own the site. It's all very easy and practical . For those who have never been in Pipa everything very close .

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Excellent stay!!

Massimo was an excellent host, attentive, helpful. The location is close to the main avenue, where you can do everything on foot. The space has everything you need for an excellent stay, a hot shower, strong water, a bed, wonderful air conditioning, everything you need for a stay the apartment has available. Condominium infrastructure, security, leisure area. Pleasant, attentive and helpful doormen. Massimo and Suellen, always polite and willing to make your stay the best experience in Pipa. I loved it and recommend it. I'll be back soon.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Super cozy, nor equipped and literally ready to live in. I spent a week there and was very well received and supported by Ana before I even arrived. The site is positioned on the black-tip gourmet route with access to all kinds of restaurants, drugstores, markets, attractions and 15m walk to the beach. Certainly on my next trips to Natal I will try to return to Ana's accommodations again.

It was days when I felt at home even so far from my home! Perfect place, airy, clean, meets every need and even more! The perfect view, quiet place, access to the beach and super clean pool! It's well worth it!

The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

Good quality mattresses and linens (which is fairly hard to find on Airbnb for this price range), very clean apartment, great view over the sea and quiet enough that you can hear the sound of the waves. Strong WiFi for who needs to work, a 24 hr minkmarket a minute's walk away, and a supermarket 5 mins walk away for anything you need for your stay. The beach is a five min walk too. Wilson was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable, practical apartment with all the basics needed for small meals. Very well located. Close to the best restaurants, bakery, close to the beach. A lot of things are done on foot. Marcelo was a wonderful host, he greeted us personally, gave several tips on tours, beaches, contacts of bugueiros. Very friendly and available! The flat is extremely ventilated, I returned to Rio with a longing for the beaches and the Christmas wind! I highly recommend!!!

Our stay was good! The hostess, Ane, was extremely communicative and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The only point that left us a little dissatisfied, but which we understand to be fair under the circumstances, was the structure of the building. As it is located in an old quarter, facilities such as elevator and corridors were not in the best condition. However, this did not significantly compromise our experience, especially considering the excellent cost-benefit offered. In general, we can say that this is undoubtedly one of the best options in Ponta Negra. The combination of an attentive host like Ane and the facilities.
