Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

Our experience on this Airbnb was amazing! The house exceeded all expectations: very well-equipped, clean and with a welcoming environment that made our family feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was extremely attentive, from simplified check-in to valuable tips about the region. The location is also a great differential — close to sights and at the same time in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. Details such as the charming décor, the balcony with a pleasant view and the well-kept garden made our holiday even more special. Without a doubt, I recommend this space for families or groups that seek comfort, practicality and a touch of care in every detail. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations — everything was brand new, well-equipped, comfortable and with modern decor that made us feel at home from day one. The location in Ponta Negra was also perfect: practical, quiet and with easy access to everything. Communication with Paula was also very easy and practical. We liked the stay so much that we've already booked to come back in July! It is rare to find a place that combines comfort, style, quality and hospitality in this way. We feel truly welcomed and can't wait to relive this experience. We highly recommend it!

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

It was all just wonderful! The house is amazing, with large, comfortable and well ventilated rooms, providing a lot of comfort throughout the stay. Next to the house, inside the condominium, there is a beautiful river with crystal clear waters and charming fishes — a real charm apart! Super apartment in Puerto Brasil. Is on 10ha a locked area with 24/7 security guards. Almost has a private beach. There is hardly anything going on on the other side of the fishing beach, there are also people from the surrounding pond. Despite all this very quiet and safe. Only you should avoid carnival if you don't like to party. The main street is very noisy carnival.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Mr. Pedro's house, so you can already know that the place is good, because we're back! pedro always requested, he served us well and what we need, he promptly resolved. super recommend this home.

We loved the house, it has a very unique, uncomplicated and cozy architecture. The condominium has a large leisure area, the beach in front is calm. Great for families. I'd definitely be back. The only point of improvement is in the maintenance of some small problems in the house, such as paint touch-ups, for example. But nothing to discredit the experience as a whole. For those looking for a house for family or friends, with an uncomplicated vibe, physical activities, surfing and relaxation, I highly recommend it. Thanks Eduardo, the experience was great.
