The stay at Maria's house was very quiet. The location was great for what we needed, nearby restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. I felt at home, very comfortable and clean. And Maria's hospitality was amazing. I loved it and at a next opportunity in Christmas it will be a place sought again to stay.

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

First time I use Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms is not enough, it has a closed balcony, which also serves as a room, Gustavo was super considerate, I want to book more times.

The stay was excellent! The house is super clean, well organized and is in a great location — close to Ponta Negra beach, with a market and pharmacy a few steps away, which makes it very easy. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help with anything needed. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!
