Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Dona Edinalva is wonderful, always attentive, very well organized, a love. For those who go and want to have lunch, look for Biro lunch, the bakery at Taste of Bread has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but be careful that it is salty, and there is a very close Atacadão, to go for walking. There is also a cafeteria of specialty coffee nearby, I highly recommend, Coffee Observatory.

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). Of great location, the front beach is very good for bathing and dining. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment according to the listing, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. In the evening the surroundings are not very busy, but in the day is well centralized, close to several sights, including the front beach that is beautiful and great for bathing and food. The leisure area of the hotel offers a swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super fast in location and care, leaving everything saved until someone I trusted to pick up.

The place is spectacular! It was very easy to check in, everything was very clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. It also has a very nice view of the black ponta beach. Another point to note is that the building has a pool that we also knew how to enjoy and that is very good. The only thing I feel has a place to improve is the wifi, I think it is not located in the apartment and is at times cut.

The place is beautiful and very pleasant, would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options of rest .. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

The stay in Mayana's apartment was perfect. Everything impeccable and Mrs. Ester a love of person, quiet and well located condominium with large nearby markets. I hope I go more often to the RN!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment! The view of the sea is simply incredible, a true spectacle at any time of the day. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and tourist spots, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is extremely well organized, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. All environments are well cared for, and the decoration creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, with a breathtaking view and excellent structure. I would definitely host again!

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.

the apartment DOES NOT MATCH the ad(laughs), reason: for the photos is an area and then you arrive and you find a beautiful, comfortable, clean and nice AP. The check in was a bit complicated, but it was all the fault of the hotel reception, they said I didn't have the reservation, the names were different from ours, I arrived very late almost midnight and had to bother the host by calling late(although he did not answer kk) and it was just a mistake of communication from the same hotel, other than all this exceeded my expectations. It accommodates the 6 people well, has a lattice, a balcony with a very pleasant table, two pools being one near the reception and the other in a living space together with the Barramares condominium, 3 blocks, super wooded, the dishes can turn, there is no Airfryer but the rest of it, it was without drinking water. Finally this experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to come back soon!!

It was the first experience on Airbnb. Only compliments the apt of Marco is wonderful I felt at home. Pleasant environment, comfortable beds, clean and had all the utensils. Pe in the sand and we also had access to the condo that is glued with a building that is a cute one.
