We totally enjoyed the apartment and specially the beautiful views.

It was a quiet stay, an easy to find location. However, on weekends it is quite crowded on the street, and there may be bottling. The very kind, polite, proactive and very attentive hostess. Home itself is quiet, clean and matched the expectation.

Our stay was good! The hostess, Ane, was extremely communicative and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The premises of the apartment were very well equipped, providing everything we needed and more. Attention to detail was evident in each corner, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The only point that left us a little dissatisfied, but which we understand to be fair under the circumstances, was the structure of the building. As it is located in an old quarter, facilities such as elevator and corridors were not in the best condition. However, this did not significantly compromise our experience, especially considering the excellent cost-benefit offered. In general, we can say that this is undoubtedly one of the best options in Ponta Negra. The combination of an attentive host like Ane and the facilities.

The stay was perfect! Gabriel was super helpful always able to help and answer our questions. Even the lodging was booked about the hour, everything went very well. Both the condominium and the beach are quiet and has everything a person needs. I highly recommend the lodging, it was worth every penny, a beautiful place, very well organized and structured.

The host was clear with the instructions and showed interest and concern for the quality of our stadia. We receive the flat with the bed and bath pieces in the quantity indicated for the number of guests. We had easy access to the residential environments. It was a great stay

The space is well divided, comfortable, wide and super well located, with a beautiful view of the balcony, and in front of the entrance of the downtown beach. To get to Baia dos Dolinhos Avenue, a steep slope must be climbed. The flat has 24h concierge and rotating garage, in which the key must be delivered to the reception desk. The breakfast is paid separately, in the amount of 30 reais (in October 2024), very varied and with many options. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen equipped with a minibar, capsule coffee maker and boiler. The shower is wonderful!!! I would certainly stay here again.

Ideal apartment for those who want to make the center of Pipa on foot. Mega differential have an on-site parking, but prepare to be approached by 300 people until you get there, don't stop. The location on the map takes you to the street next door, needing to return for 15 minutes by car because it is opposite, this needs to be corrected. The resort is very beach and nothing luxury, it has everything you need to relax and the opportunity to have coffee (30 reais) there right next to the terrace pool. Gostei a lot :) Elara is an excellent host, it treated us well and helped us find some tours, it has several contacts and is super responsive. It would return for sure

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people easily. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the leisure area until 10 p.m. Playroom, game room, beauty salon, whirlpool room. Priscila Anfritian was wonderful, giving us her full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

I had an amazing experience staying at Eduardo Fernandes’s property. The space was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Eduardo was very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, but still quiet and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Great place to stay , a good location, there are little bars nearby for those who like to enjoy the night . The site was clean and well-organized, reception staff are well-educated. The hosts were very flexible, gave tips on things around the flat and responded very quickly. I and my cousin love it, we will definitely return .

It was excellent! I had already stayed in another apartment in the same hotel, but there was no balcony and this was even better, more spacious and exactly as in the description! The hotel bar is excellent too, as is the pool! It's well worth it!

Great location and perfect apartment. Beautiful view. Although it ventilates a lot, when we need to close the doors to avoid outside noises, the air does not freeze very well. Some dishes were greasy and with a certain odor. We miss a bottle of water. But I highly recommend the rental of this apartment, sure we will return.
