The stay was very good, it is super close to the Ponta Negra waterfront. There is a pharmacy, market, bar and laundry nearby. Super functional and clean apartment! We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will definitely return.

Our stay at Lenilza's place was wonderful. Perfectly like the ad, a very complete building with a concierge with facial recognition, the location doesn't even need to be commented on, Ponta Negra is the best option to stay with a complete infrastructure. The apartment itself is very top, very beautiful view and with the necessary amenities for a good stay. Guilherme, who attended to us, was an extremely helpful guy, quickly assisting us in everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Natal!!

The apartment is very well located, on the same block as Carrefour. The condominium is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is small but comfortable, everything is clean and with all the necessary items in the kitchen. In the bathrooms, there is fragrant liquid soap in the sinks. The hostess is very kind. It would return for sure.

The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

Erika is a true superhost, in the most literal sense of the word. It made everything meticulously prepared and welcomed us very well. The house is excellent: wide, comfortable, very clean, well cared for and with a super cozy garden. It is also quite complete, with all the utensils needed for a practical and comfortable stay. Communication with the hostess was always easy, quick and cordial. The condominium is quiet, safe and has a direct access to Praia do Madeiro through a short and pleasant trail. We went on a prolonged holiday, when the city was quite full, but the home + condominium ecosystem ensured a lot of tranquility and peace. Super recommend the rental!

Very clean, all appliances in perfect condition, sheets, towels, the hammocks smelled clean, in short, this was the best house I've ever been to. I miss it! I want to go back. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending rest days. This is the perfect home.
