Great stay. All clean and organized. There was housekeeping and change of linens (we spent 8 days). The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is of excellent location: pharmacy, supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant… everything close. You can do everything on foot. It matches the pictures listed. In the TBM building there is a gym, swimming pool, free parking. Kitchen Utensils meet the need for stay. Huge and comfortable bed. The air gets very cold! I loved it, I'll come back more often.

The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a bakery, a market and several snack bars nearby. We love the apartment, it faces the beach of the black tip with a beautiful view. The building is clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and the air conditioners were all working. I liked the balcony that has a protective screen and on the windows of the rooms bringing greater security.

The stay at Maria's house was very quiet. The location was great for what we needed, nearby restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. I felt at home, very comfortable and clean. And Maria's hospitality was amazing. I loved it and at a next opportunity in Christmas it will be a place sought again to stay.

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Very good stay. The big house. Had availability of mats, clean house, pool , barbecue , air-conditioning in all bedrooms, only the freezer that is small. Seu Antônio received us with great attention and affection. It was very worth it. We are all satisfied.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The apartment is so clean and great value for money. Eva was so proactive and helpful with recommendations. It was my husbands birthday while we stayed and she recommended where we could watch a Brazilian football match and have a lovely dinner. Would definitely stay again if we come to natal!

Super recommend! The place is super cozy and close to everything!! A jump from the beach. We were very well received by the amphritrians and well educated! It's definitely a place we'd be back! All amazing.

The house is very good, the location is great as it is very close to the beach. The only downside is the shared washing machine, which has business hours.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy
