Holiday rentals with a patio in Parnamirim

I loved everything , all too beautiful and the property was clean impeccable and the host is very attentive always ready to respond , I am already looking forward to return 🥰🥰🥰

I'm from Natal but I haven't lived in the city for a few years. I am in the city with my family for a few months and I was feeling the need to isolate myself in some place to be able to work more focused in the last few weeks before submitting my thesis. Ana's apt was one of the very few I found with an office type space and appropriate chair for those who work using the computer for long periods (which I understand, since most people who use airbnb are more for tourism). The place is like the photos. Everything is very well organized. I loved the stay and managed to work very well. I stayed most of the time in the apt, in fact using the spaces, and felt at home. This neighborhood is more residential and very close to day-to-day commerce. Location good for those who need to move inside the city. I have no complaint about anything. I highly recommend it.

Even the gatehouse makes it a little difficult to enter the condominium because they are very careful to check the information, which makes the entrance a little longer. The flat is very good, it is new, exactly as in the photos. The building is a bit old, in need of renovation. The location is great, you go downstairs and you're already on the beach and you can walk to several places. You hear the sound of the waves, which is wonderful. On the second night, the apartment's power had a short circuit, leaving the air and lights out of order, which was a bit annoying, but the next day they fixed it. But I recommend the location.

Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as in the photos and as described in the ad. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, I didn't need to take anything if I didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay without it if you wanted to. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance of the house. Unfortunately, over the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the house's power a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite having muriçoca since it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

I loved staying at Casa Fiori!! The rooms and other rooms are spacious. All very clean. Pertinho da Praia. A perfect place to forget about problems and let go of stress. I will certainly return !!!

Very good place, quiet, reserved and very family-friendly, wonderfully clean and with reinforced security, house with railings in all spaces, garage for up to three cars, we felt at home, I highly recommend Sylas' accommodations.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The apartment is so clean and great value for money. Eva was so proactive and helpful with recommendations. It was my husbands birthday while we stayed and she recommended where we could watch a Brazilian football match and have a lovely dinner. Would definitely stay again if we come to natal!

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.
