Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

Everything was very good, location, stay, environment. Ana was attentive and available to help when I needed it. I recommend it. I will definitely come back again.

To this day it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, an amazing pool, there is a supermarket for 4 minutes walking . There has everything and normal price, Atacarejo Pai and Filho. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics , crockery , pans… if you want to save yourself you can buy and cook at home. I will definitely be back this year . Thanks to the couple who own the site. It's all very easy and practical . For those who have never been in Pipa everything very close .

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Antônio! The accommodation was simply perfect, very well cared for, comfortable and cosy. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant stay. Our weekend was wonderful and I'm already looking forward to coming back one day. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and cozy place!

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

Our stay was amazing! Ideal place for those who seek contact with nature and tranquility without losing the comfort of ta in the center of the city. Behind the bedroom wall has an alley that serves as a passageway for locals, so we heard some noises but nothing that bothered intensely, except for the smell of urine that was very strong on our penultimate day, I believe because it was a period of carnival. We miss a dishcloth in the kitchen, but apart from that all impeccable! I recommend it too much and intend to come back other times.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

I simply loved my stay at Rodrigo's apartment! The apartment is super cozy, well taken care and exactly as in the pictures. It faces the condominium's largest pool, with a beautiful view that relaxes us just by looking. The location is excellent: next door there is a supermarket (which makes everyday life much easier), as well as being close to restaurants, bars and the wonderful beach of Baía dos Golfinhos. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The location of the Airbnb offered by Marcelo has an incomparable view of Ponta Negra beach, excellent convenience and comfort, as well as a fair and affordable price. Spectacular. The beautiful house, the safe condominium, incredible pool and vegetation. The terrace of the house is spacious, well decorated. Everything worked perfect, good kitchen, appliances, dishes, spacious rooms. I would stay to live at Marcel and Handrea's place. Both are always available for inquiries or responds.
