Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

Beautiful space surrounded by nature, inspiring a lot of peace and tranquility, the chalets are very well structured, and the decor is a show apart. Edi received us very well, from the internet contact to the arrival at the place. We felt very welcomed and grateful for the exchanges that took place in this stay. We'll definitely be back!

Very good stay. The big house. Had availability of mats, clean house, pool , barbecue , air-conditioning in all bedrooms, only the freezer that is small. Seu Antônio received us with great attention and affection. It was very worth it. We are all satisfied.

We had a great experience at Oswaldo's house in Ponta Negra, Rio Grande do Norte. The house is excellent, exactly as described in the listing, with all the equipment and items working perfectly. The environment is comfortable and well cared for, providing a very pleasant stay. All wonderful, we feel at home. It has many lockers, complete items for meals. The pictures do not depict what it really is. Personally, it is much more beautiful, with breathtaking views and very good beach for bathing. Felipe the homemaker, very helpful and polite. The host's suggestion of hiring a person to cook over the weekend was the icing on the cake. Maria is an amazing human being, good with life, cheerful, and he cooks beautifully well. Me and my family love lodging. We hope to return soon.

Dona Edinalva is wonderful, always attentive, very well organized, a love. For those who go and want to have lunch, look for Biro lunch, the bakery at Taste of Bread has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but be careful that it is salty, and there is a very close Atacadão, to go for walking. There is also a cafeteria of specialty coffee nearby, I highly recommend, Coffee Observatory.

Our stay at Bruna's house was wonderful, she was very kind and responded quickly, the house was extremely clean, very comfortable, next to a huge supermarket, we loved the location, great security, really no flaws, I highly recommend it!!!!!

We loved the house, it faces the sea, the view from the sofa is beautiful, we had coffee at the table with a perfect view of the sea, the very spacious en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning, clean and fragrant bath towels, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen because it has many utensils, the location of the house is very good, but there is no commerce on the same street, but there is a supermarket/bakery a 10-minute walk away, the neighborhood is very safe and great for walks, we just missed a TV lol for the kids to watch at night! Spacious house with a barbecue and even charcoal was already there.

The triplex is simply wonderful! The two rooms are very comfortable and all rooms — including the living room — have air conditioning, which made all the difference in our stay. The barbecue area is a standout apart, with a beautiful view that left the moments there even more special. Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as in the photos and as described in the ad. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, I didn't need to take anything if I didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay without it if you wanted to. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance of the house. Unfortunately, over the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the house's power a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite having muriçoca since it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

The only point of improvement is in the maintenance of some small problems in the house, such as paint touch-ups, for example. But nothing to discredit the experience as a whole.
