Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Nach unserer wunderschoenen Gartenwohnung im Souterrain, koennen Sie nun die Villa Romenthal von einem ganz anderen Blickwinkel kennenlernen: Unter den historischen Dachbalken heissen wir Gaeste in unserem offenen 1-Zimmer Loft mit Dachterrasse willkommen. Zum wunderschoenen Ammersee gelangen Sie in ca 900m.

Holiday home at the river

Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

Meine Unterkunft ist im schönen Isarwinkel in Oberbayern, umrahmt von Bergen und Wiesen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage in mitten unserer einzigartigen Heckenlandschaft. Wir haben eine Landwirtschaft mit Milchviehbetrieb. Vor allem Kinder lieben es, die kleinen Kälbchen zu streicheln und mit den Katzen zu spielen. Es ist aber auch ein guter Rückzugsort für gestresste Paar oder Geschäftsreisende.
