Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Mindanao

First of all, I really like how strategically placed the condo was within the city. It is near many places we went to. Second I like how organized the unit was with its plethora of cabinets making storage a piece of cake. Third, the linens were of good quality putting us to sleep with ease. Fourth, the unit had complete amenities, from a smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and internet connection making its price a bang for the buck. Lastly, the host was super responsive to all our needs! We’ll definitely stay here again! 💯

Owner and Care Taker is friendly and accommodating. Unit is clean as well. I don't have any issue on this listing, this is very good deal plus the view in the Balcony. However, the building is under re-construction so almost no one stays in the same tower. I felt creepy at some time specially I am staying on the unit alone 😅 The rest. I am good. Thanks!

Cliff place is nice, clean ,peaceful near to blvd and beach .Cliff is very good host very accommodating to his guest,great location , close to mall , and restaurant, great WiFi only one glitch the city was working on under ground pipes so water was limited ….overall I had great experience

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

If you're on a budget and traveling with family or friends this is a great go-to spot—peaceful and relaxing. It felt like we were in a different place yet still had the comfort of home. We encountered a minor issue during our stay but Miss Apple was very accommodating and resolved it promptly as soon as she read our message.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for convenience and style! The condo is very close to the mall and other establishments, which made getting around super easy. The unit was immaculately clean and had a beautiful, modern design. The only downsides were the lack of WiFi and towels, which would have made the stay even more comfortable. Still, I’d highly recommend it for the location and aesthetic alone!”

We had a wonderful stay at Seawind Condominiums Tower 4, Unit 8H. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and smelled fresh. We loved the complimentary coffee, toiletries, and complete kitchen amenities. The kids enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi and premium Netflix. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and cleaning supplies were provided to help keep the unit tidy. We had a family reunion from all parts of the world, the place were perfect and not overly strict. We were able to gather all the siblings in one place comfortably. Toilet, aircons and kitchen works well unlike other units in the same building. Unlimited water provided w/c is great. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
