Great Place, warm water, clean sofa & beds. Great host - would stay again

It was a lovely stay at Rose's place! Her assistant, Myla, took good care of us throughout our time in Davao. Our big family fit quite well in the two bedroom condo and all 6 of us slept comfortably, big help! Everything you need for your stay is present: water dispenser (life saver), toiletries, extra foam mats and sheets, lots of pillows, cutting board; the works. Each room has its own AC and there is a powerful fan for the living room, so we were all nice and comfy. Overall, it was a great experience and our family is very thankful to Rose and her team for providing all the essentials, and then some, so we could focus on enjoying our mini-vacation in this wonderful city. I was moved do a different house, that was very clean and quiet. Located inside a secured community. Tricycles always available for transportation. Responsive host. Nice pace.

Fantastic Christmas and New Year's Getaway! We just spent an incredible holiday season at this amazing property. The house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The friendly helpers made our stay truly unforgettable. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with some last-minute requests. The kids had an absolute blast playing pool and splashing around in the pool. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our needs. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so special. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful and cozy stay in CDO! The place has such warm, homey vibes that made it easy to relax right away. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up — from the cozy sofa to the comfortable bed, everything made me feel right at home. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was perfect for getting some work done, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay in the city. Would love to come back!

The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beautiful garden and clean pool. A quiet place with walking distance to the busy streets of Alona. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

Ken's property is a nice escape on top of the mountain. Central location to the tourist destinations if you have a mode of transport. Ken and his wife made travel arrangements for us to and from the airport.

Definitely a great stay! The place was big and the beds too. Good for big groups since there are 3 bathrooms. Water pressure was excellent. I also like the idea that they placed several grocery items in the bar counter and cupboards just in case. Of course you'll have to pay for them. 😊 The neighborhood was also quite. I love that it is not within the chaos of the city but also not too far as the outskirts. The air conditioning can be better though and the placement of the living room and dining area can be interchanged. Overall, I liked our stay.
