Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mindanao

Host is responsive. Has clear instructions. The place is aesthetic and clean. The amenities are awesome. Haven't had the chance to have swimming coz need to check out by 10am. Would definitely recommend the place ❤️

We loved staying at Alf’s Guesthouse . Ceilafel is a fantastic host, always friendly and accommodating. We were comfortable and at ease, just as we were last time. The property was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of the host included. We're so glad we chose to stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

Great place for a small group who wants a budget friendly place with budget friendly food options nearby. The place was more than great, we slept good. TV had wifi and free netflix. There is also an option for parking. ✅ Will go back if I need a room for 3-4pax in davao. ⭐ Chim is also the most responsive host ive had, no problems with requests and questions. 👍

PROS: The 2 bedrooms are nice, spotless clean, with big cabinet in master's bedroom. Living room is cozy and comfy couch. Speedy internet connection and cold air-conditioning. Northpoint is peaceful because of the trees. The utensils are complete and clean. Refrigerator works well. Towels are clean. With 2 extra foam and comforter. Bed doesn't squeak upon moving. Friendly and respectful caretakers. CONS: The host takes hours to respond. When we got there, a lot of mentioned supplies are missing such as the shampoo, tissue and oil. Vinegar and soy sauce was placed in a water bottle container which I find unpleasant. We need to request rugs because it was not readily provided. Smelly toilet and stains.

Highly recommended, will surely be back soon. We have a pleasant and comfy stay :)

Juvy and her husband were quintessential hosts for our group of Americans and Filipinas from the mining industry. Our fully stocked beach house greeted us with freshly laid eggs and homemade bread from their farm to table homestead. The remote oceanfront location was pure paradise for quiet solitude yet close to town for easy access to groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed ongoing communication with Juvy, who accommodated our every need. She offered personal tours and made recommendations for local sightseeing and eateries. An amazing experience even for well-traveled adventurers. Five + stars!

It was a truly relaxing stay. The place is very nice. All things that you will need during your stay were provided without even asking for it. The host are very accommodating, they allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier that the listed time. They even assisted us in securing transport for our country side tour. Will surely recommend to our family and friends who will visit Panglao island. Thanks Nenita and her sister Susan for hosting and assisting us.

Our month-long experience at Eve's Magallanes Residence was truly exceptional! This condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fantastic amenities in a prime Davao City location. The location on Bolton Street, just a stone's throw from San Pedro Cathedral, is unbeatable. It provides easy access to explore all that Davao has to offer – from local eats to cultural sites. Getting around was a breeze! The two-bedroom unit was a haven for our group of four. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, with cozy bedrooms for restful nights. The expansive living room, complete with a comfy sofa and TV, became our favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the dining table for shared meals. The well-equipped kitchen was a great asset for our longer stay, allowing us the flexibility of preparing our own meals. The balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy the city views, and the unit was always clean and well-maintained. Eve was great

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. We had the most wonderful stay! The place's location was very strategic, near the samal wharf, mall and food hubs. We are so delighted that we were able to check in early and the amenities of the place was well provided for. Spacious, clean and comfortable.
