Excellent value overall. Housekeepers, guards and host are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. This unit is large for a studio with plenty of cabinet and storage space. Hot water issue was fixed during my stay. One negative is the soundproofing is not the best but I never found it to be intolerable. It is in a good location, nice restaurants are downstairs (Filipino, Japanese and Vietnamese), walking distance to S&R and a newly opened large supermarket. I extended my stay.

Clean, out of the crowded and messy Alona, with good WI-FI. I never met Anna, but she always communicated with me timely and kindly providing all I needed. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable and the place seemed very clean and tastefully furnished. There was a brand new large smart TV strategically placed in the corner of the room high above the table so it didn't take up any space. The aircon was functional and seemed new. The inn is located about a 30-second walk from a main commercial road down which you can walk to the beach. Even though we were in the closest room to the road the street noise wasn't a problem because only the bathroom window faced in that direction, while the large sliding glass door which served as the window for the bedroom faced in the opposite direction, into the inn's courtyard/garden. We had a technical question about the TV and the owner happily came and fixed it himself even though it was at night. The other staff seemed very friendly as well and they were flexible about housekeeping/cleaning times. I was quite pleased at the price I paid which was about $39.50/night USD even though I booked very late.

Good place, walls are thick enough for us to rest even when neighbors were having late night karaoke. Overall good experience

The thing I liked most was the accommodating staff. The host replied to my queries immediately and their staff was very approachable. As for the place, it exceeded our expectations. It was clean and cozy and almost everything we needed was in there. Absolutely worth the money. Would really go back here.

Enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is big, it’s not far from Valencia square, but transportation is recommended. We had a problem with the AC and Maria and staff were quick to respond.

We stayed at Charisma's place for two weeks and we had a great time. The room is spacious, and the garden very pleasant. The wifi connexion is great too as they have a fiber connexion. it is located around 10 minutes away from San Juan, so all restaurants are easily accessible by bike. We will be back, thank you Charisma and Sascha!

We really enjoyed our time at Juergen and Friends. Juergen and Megs are very nice and helpful hosts as they provided us with a lot of tips and thinks to do. We had everything we needed in their place. A nice kitchen and a beautiful apartment. The area around their place is very quiet and relaxing as there aren’t a lot of tourists. We would definitely recommend their place and would happily come back.

Wonderful stay — highly recommended! I had such a great experience staying here. The place was super clean and well-kept. The air conditioning was strong and cold (inverter type). The bathroom was squeaky clean and had everything I needed — water heater, plus complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You can tell the host really takes the time to keep everything spotless and thinks about the little details that make a stay more comfortable. The unit had all the basics covered — a functional kitchen setup with complete utensils, plates, tumblers, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle. There was also a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The host was very accommodating and thoughtful and responsive to my messages. Thank you host will definitely l stay here again!

Jen was incredibly easy to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place itself is in a great location right in the city, making it super convenient. It’s close to public transport and within walking distance to shopping malls and other amenities.

A very nice self-contained unit! Has micro-wave, kettle, TV with a range of channels, separate lounge and bedroom (which has an air-con). The kitchen and comfort room are available via a door leading outside (but still private to the unit). Pots and eating utensils were provided and unit was super-clean! It is about 400m walk to the main road where there is a mini-mart and satellite market. Even though the unit is geographically close to the sea, to actually see the sea requires a pedicab or motor-taxi ride for a few kms. I enjoyed my stay - it's a nice place for a few days in Bais!

They were very responsive! I booked the wrong dates, and they accommodated my request to move it a day earlier. The place is also clean and as pictured! A bang for the buck!

Had an amazing stay here at RIK. Very spacious, clean and modern. The host was friendly and helpful. I must add the laundry service at the lobby is one of the best in Philippines 10/10 Wish we had stayed here longer to enjoy the space! Highly recommend☺️

The resort is very nice and the room is new construction and nicely designed. There is a rooftop deck, a nice pool, and you can swim in the ocean even though there’s no beach. The WiFi is very good from the outdoor restaurant but you only get a few bars in the room. The bed is very comfortable and there were no bugs in the room The resort seems to be Chinese owned which was not a problem for us

Cynthia’s place was lovely, close to the downtown area but at the same time enjoying peace and quiet. Great Aircon, clean toilets and a very comfy bed. there was a private kitchen with fridge, and also shared kitchen which we didn't use, but it's a great addition. My favorite part was the swimming pool, as I had direct access to it from the balcony of my room, it was large and clean and I enjoyed it.
