Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mindanao

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Rosemarie’s Villa. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood that is just a 10 minute drive from lively General Luna. It is pretty easy to catch a tuk-tuk/taxi back and forth from the villa to General Luna, so you can easily head to town for dinner. The pool area is cool and relaxing. The villa had all the toiletries we would need. The groundskeeper and housekeeper are also around to help with any extra towels or water you might need. The co-host, Lala, was there to greet us upon check-in and give us her contact information. We messaged her nearly everyday for recommendations, and she arranged transport and excursions for us that went seamlessly. We would love to return!

Staying at Wander Nest was amazing! My whole family and I loved it! The place was beautiful, they had a good number of options for the included breakfast - which tasted so good, they had a van and a tuktuk that helped us get around to the closer areas, and most importantly the people that worked there were very genuine at helping us and making our stay wonderful and worthwhile! If you needed things or areas to be cleaned up, they will gladly do so! They also gave amazing reccomendations and offered numerous help. Our stay was as delightful as we hoped! The place itself was neat and comfortable for all of us. If you’re in Bohol, it will definitely be a great option to stay here, especially for bigger groups! Looking forward to when we get a chance to visit Bohol again!

The place exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the property. It feels very homey and airy, with good feng shui. The design is well thought out, balancing both function and form beautifully.

Very pretty accommodation- has everything you need. A quiet place but everything is good to reach in walking distance. Clean and beautiful place. Host was there when we needed him and responded very fast! Definitely worth booking! Hard to find in the first place because it’s hidden and you have to walk through a muddy alley but besides that very nice !

I loved the place a lot. I was confused that the beach was so far away. Most Filipinos couldn't afford a place like this, but is ok for foreigners.

the place was so clean, and there's no unpleasant smell anywhere in the unit. a very well organized and well decorated house/room, the Jungle themed bath tub was really relaxing and the tub was spotless. even the furnitures were squeaky clean. all in all I had fun staying in the place and it was really relaxing and convenient because there's also an honesty store which is an extra amenity. overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to everyone. probably gonna return soon ♥️ Thanks ma'am Dunna and sir Jorge ♥️

Host was super responsive. Place was so peaceful but far from mantigue and sand bar ports. Near cold springs, soda pool and tuasan falls. We appreciate the late check out extension. For fellow pinoys, place does not have a bidet and no water heater for showering. over all very happy with the place.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful haven far enough from the tourist hub to be quiet, but close enough for access to restaurants and services. It was comfortable and the outdoor shower felt like a luxury. Just be careful leaving your shampoo bottles outside because the neighbourhood kids (although very cute) love to come play with them in the shower while you’re away.

Marja was a great host (although we didn’t get to meet) I mentioned I would be travelling with my 5 month old son, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that she left some boxes with baby toys & books in the room as well as a little hamper with baby mozzie spray and other useful baby products. The house itself was situated off the main road away from the noise and bustle but still just walking distance from tuk tuks and close to some decent food joints. The outside area was more spacious than I expected and it was a relaxing space to chill by the pool both during the day and evenings. We made use of the outside kitchen, it was equipped with utensils for basic cooking, if you plan to use the kitchen I’d recommend being quick with cleaning up after yourself, since it attracted bugs. But we fully expected this since the insects inherently come with the island life. It didn’t bother us! We had an amazing time at Marja’s place it really is a hidden gem and I would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Negros Haven! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed—I could really see the thought and care put into every detail of the house. From the cozy ambiance to the stylish decor, everything made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and charm in one place!

We had a great time at Kane'z Seaside Villa. The whole experience was beyond our expectation. From the initial enquiry, to booking the property, to having a worthwhile experience during our stay. The hosts were very friendly, very responsive, very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself could accommodate a large number of group with ample sleeping spaces for guests. The outside living room with sofas facing the pool and the ocean provided a refreshing, relaxing and makes chillaxing with friends and family really easy with the bar and a karaoke with very good audio system (concert-ready), we surely enjoyed our stay. the whole area was very clean, with enough toilets and bathrooms, with spacious kitchen and dining area and the pool is well-maintained. We would have wanted to dip in the ocean, but the tides were low during our stay, but we still enjoyed it overall. This place is highly recommended and worth the price especially for large groups.

Runik is a favorite lounge bar for local young people and tourists who are pretty and handsome. The house is located in the center of the lounge and has house music that goes with the beach from 11 am to 11 pm. Also, in the center of the lounge, there is a pool that only we can use, where you can enjoy a floating breakfast while looking at the sea in the morning, and on the night when everyone left, we watched the moon and the stars. These two were the most memorable and beautiful moments in Siquijor. We stayed here for 2 nights and ordered a lot of food and cocktails and it was expensive, but nothing was below our expectations. All the food was delicious. In particular, the cocktails made by the bartender Phil were all really good. If you have privacy and are looking for a quiet getaway, I don't recommend it. However, it is recommended for music and social couples or special friendship trips. Perfect if you want a luxury and trendy Siquijor experience. It was a very special memory for us.

A beautiful, modern space with high ceilings - located in a quiet part of Siargao. Not too far from the general luna area (8 minute drive). Riza was an exceptional host who made us breakfast every morning and helped with providing extra towels, tour recommendations and advice. We felt well taken care of. The view from the swimming pool faces the sunset and the surrounding area is lush and peaceful. There was a portable water dispenser on site, soap and shampoo were provided, and the aircon was cold, which is important in the Siargao heat. We had a restful time at Mariaelena's place and would definitely look to return again.

Relaxing place to stay. Definitely a must visit if you’re running solo or with a partner. Place is so peaceful it forces you to unplug and unwind.
