Seagrass apartments are in a prime location for walkable activities. Both hosts are more than accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

JB is a great host. I arrived late at night in the next city and had no way of getting to my stay so JB very kindly picked me up and got me to the stay. Hard to beat such hospitality. Lovely room and very clean and comfertable. Enjoyed my stay with JB and will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at this airbnb. The place was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was also fully stocked, everything we needed was available. Although, we kind of struggled with the pan. The pan was quite old and bit worn out, so it might be better to replace them with newer ones. That aside, everything else was great. The host was able to resolve and answer our concerns quickly especially with the WiFi.

We had a great stay! The entire place is clean, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and we really love the greenery outside. There was a cat and dog in the place too! Highly recommended. Thank you for accommodating us!

Cosy home and great location for exploring general luna! Close to good restaurants, parties and relatively close to cloud9 too. I would recommend this place for those who want a cosy home near active nightlife. The host is very proactive and communicates well.

Stayed at Jay’s place for few nights. The room is really spacious and well designed. It has big kitchen outside and you can do laundry provided with detergents. You can also make coffee in the morning for free. What made this place really good because of the full solar power system it perfectly works especially during power outage and I’m not worrying about electricity outage since it’s very common in the island. Jay is super friendly, entertaining guy. The most European Filipino I have ever met. He will always advice or help you whenever you need! Highly recommended this place!

My family and I had a great time. We find the place very warm and feels like we are at home. Also, it is near SM Ecoland and other attractions.

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

To the Host Sir Al, what a great time I had at your place in polomolok. The place was exactly as advertised. Tidy, clean, comfortable, close to everything I needed to be close too. Easy access for check in. Things in the cupboards I never thought about wanting or needing at a short term rental. I don’t expect much when I go to a short term rental, especially one that came in at this price, but this place exceeded my expectations. I thank you for having us and Definitely I will be back! Amazing stay, perfect fit for those who wanted to work from home and explore bohol during weekends or eatout at alona beach at night. Internet is always connected, there is functioning generator in case of power interruption. Host is very friendly and responsive everytime we ask anything. kitchen has decent kitchen wares and enough plates and utensils. There are no nearby restaurant so cooking is the best way to go. We thought the place would be humid in the living room since there is no AC, but the ACs in the rooms could perfectly keep the whole place cool. Comfortable linens and pillows and there is enough space in the living room to chill, get cozy, and watch movies. Thanks for the smooth and comfortable stay!

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
