Holiday rentals with beach access in Mindanao

Seagrass apartments are in a prime location for walkable activities. Both hosts are more than accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Cosy home and great location for exploring general luna! Close to good restaurants, parties and relatively close to cloud9 too. I would recommend this place for those who want a cosy home near active nightlife. The host is very proactive and communicates well.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom. There was live music from the bar, but it ended at a reasonable time and didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great — easy to catch a tuk-tuk and get around. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alaba House Rental-Camiguin.From the moment I arrived the check in's process was seamless thanks to Ms Joyce clear instructions and prompt communication.The location was fantastic with easy access in any nearby attractions. The house itself was clean well organized and beautifully designed ..The kitchen was fully equipped wich made it easy to prepare a quick meal . We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in such a spacious and peaceful environment. Robert’s house has beautiful sunset views and the garden is absolutely stunning. His family are next door to help, which we greatly appreciated as they let us check in early and helped us to organise scooters. They also gave us a delicious papaya on our final night which was lovely.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

Our stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the house wasn't shown to us upon arrival, as Jens was not on-site when we arrived, so we had to settle in on our own. However, Jens was always helpful whenever we had questions. The house is excellently located in General Luna, and it's just a short walk to the main road where there's a lot going on. Many thanks for the great hospitality!

Great place. Very convenient and near to the whale sharks encounter. Restaurants very close and private access to the beach is nice. We definitely recommend this place!

I loved the place a lot. I was confused that the beach was so far away. Most Filipinos couldn't afford a place like this, but is ok for foreigners.

Located at a perfect location, very accessible. Place was clean and spacious for two persons. Unfortunately there was no wifi but it wasn’t a problem. We had a good stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had an amazing stay at this unit! The space was exactly as described—clean and super comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in very smooth. I really appreciated that all the basic necessities were provided, including toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, and kitchen essentials—it made the stay so much easier and more convenient. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and private. The only downside is the construction next door but hopefully they will be finished soon. The best part of the apartment is that there is solar battery backup so if the power goes out because of frequent brownouts, the apartment will still have power for aircon, lights, and the refrigerator. I've slept through many brownouts on the island and haven't even noticed because of his power backup system. I've stayed here at Jay's place many times and I look forward to staying here again. 5 stars!

its our 2nd time to checkin to this house... Its still the same house we stayed - everything looks good. I noticed that it is well maintained and very clean despite the 3 year gap of our past and then this recent visit. I would still go back here the 3rd time if I would visit Bohol.

Place is super accessible to the airport and nearby restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and are always willing to help with anything which made our stay seamless! Highly recommend this to place everyone 😁

I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
