My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Nice condo to have your stay in Manila. The building reception area was also nice, pool with warm water and sm grocery and restos just around the bldg. Would love to stay again next time.

Exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect place to spend time with your friends and family. Ms. Ara, the host, was very responsive and flexible with our requests. This is and an architecturally exciting living space with indoor and outdoor common areas all around. Everything is big and large, well furnished and well equipped and well-maintained. We photograph the whole place so that when we get back home we're going to see how many of these interior decor ideas we might adapt to our house. A totally amazing place in a gated community with greenery everywhere.

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

I came to Manila to have a staycation and also do some work. Best. Airbnb. Ever. It's exactly as the photos and the bed was crazyyyyy comfy. I will be coming back to Manila and Leziel's place will be my first pick. Thank you so much! God Bless 💕

We had a great stay! The place was fully furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The cool mountain air made the space naturally refreshing—we didn’t even need to use the AC. It was a perfect place to rest and recharge after the first day of our two-day endurance ride. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and peace in a mountain setting!

Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

Great place, great location. The room was very spacious with complete amenities, we felt right at home. The building itself also had useful amenities and a mini park by the pool where people jog/run and a kids playground too. Mr. Florencio is very responsive, considerate and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Very accommodating host and the place is very nice and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Tom’s place! The water pressure was excellent, and we never ran out of hot water. The view was beautiful, and Tom’s team and the building staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the mineral water dispenser and ample toothpaste for the week. The towels and linens smelled good and clean as well. I recommend this place and would definitely go back. Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you, Tom and team!
