Holiday rentals with a pool in Mindanao

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool to cool off in. Easy access to amenities. Very safe in a walled/gated area. Beautiful spot.

Staying in Nelson place is like home. Child-friendly , spacious kitchen, very comfortable living area and terraces. We love the wood floor and the small playground behind the pool. Everything was there that made it comfortable. Area is near airport and the road was not so busy. Definitely highly recommended !

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Our stay here is a blessing in disguise, it was very comfortable and fun. The whole family had a great stay overall, we only wished we could have extended another day. and Kenny was also very accommodating, helpful and respectful.

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay here. Everything was exactly as described. The host, Chris, was very approachable and offered us great options for our tour activities. Aple, Mary Jean, and Judy were extremely accommodating and helpful with all our requests and questions. This place is truly a hidden gem. Our group of 16 had a fantastic time staying here. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-maintained. The pool, featuring running waterfalls, was an amazing highlight and one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. The amenities were great too. The additional services they offer are quite affordable, and Joshua was very helpful in accommodating our needs. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends whenever they plan a trip to Bohol.

The place was really homey and clean, the couch and bed were very comfortable. Kate & Jun were accommodating of my request for a late check out. The area itself was really peaceful and quiet, very secure as well as there are quite a number of guards and staff always on duty. I did not feel unsafe even if I was travelling solo. Will definitely consider booking them again.

Went here to work with my friend. Place is very accessible and peaceful. Internet is fast w/c was our priority when looking for a place to work remotely. Host is also very responsive, check in and out is seamless. Everything we need is there. Highly recommended

Great location, heart of the city, accessible to everything, great cityscape and sunrise view from the lounge room is the best! The overall stay is good. The place is clean and kept. Everything is in place. The only problem I have is the noisy air-conditioner, it’s quite a hassle if you intend to sleep with no background noise :)

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ms. Irene’s place. The Place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to SM uptown. its our 2nd time to checkin to this house... Its still the same house we stayed - everything looks good. I noticed that it is well maintained and very clean despite the 3 year gap of our past and then this recent visit. I would still go back here the 3rd time if I would visit Bohol.

walking distance to SM and close to my family and friends property. We don't use much of the facilities as we are mostly out of town. We are good to have clean place to stay after a tiring day.
