Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This place is perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Plus it’s near a beautiful waterway that you can walk along daily. This really was a perfect little spot to really get the most out of manitou and the hosts are fantastic! Responsive , friendly and helpful!

We visited from Indiana which was a 15 hour drive. The host was very flexible and helpful with a smooth check in before and after our long drive. Always responsive and super friendly. The place itself was exactly as expected with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very local which made going to places easy and within walking distance which was great. One thing we didn’t expect but loved was the adjustable bed. Overall would 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting for vacation. It is about a 2 minute drive to the Red rock canyon.

Our stay here was beautiful and peaceful. The elevated level we stayed on made for beautiful and striking views from both levels. The room was so cozy and the backyard was so beautiful and peaceful as well.
