This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny and welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.
