Apartment holiday rentals in Manitou Springs

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay at Ron & Kelly’s place. The views were absolutely stunning and the Nespresso bar was perfect to wake up to every morning while soaking in the beautiful mountain scenery from the patio. Heated bathroom floors are now at the top of our list of new home must haves (Haha!) and we’re so nice stepping onto after showers. So much to see and do close by… Wonderful restaurants, trails, shopping, etc. Ron was so nice to reach out during our stay to check-in and let us know about a festival going on. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the springs.

Beautiful space. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Had everything we needed. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Hosts were fantastic communicators. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

It sure beats the heck out of staying at a hotel. It’s spacious enough for two couples and has all the comforts of home. WiFi was fast and the great water pressure is appreciated plus each couple could claim a bathroom as their own. Huge plus! Clean, pristine and host was amenable. The host was clear about not having a hair dryer, so be cognizant of that. I highly recommend and would like to stay at our return to Co Springs. So many free parks to hike—Palmer, Red Canyon Open and Garden of the Gods. All of which are no more than 20-25 min drive. One challenge might be bringing luggage down the steps leading to the apartment. Please carry them so it won’t gouge the wooden steps, so please keep that in if you have physical limitations. I had an amazing stay at María’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. María was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, and I felt at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! I traveled 14 hours with two kids, and the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Both my children and I felt completely safe and comfortable. The place was clean, cozy, and had a charming retro-vintage vibe. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—I especially appreciated the list of local attractions and restaurant recommendations. It made our stay even more enjoyable!

Laurie was a great host and was very responsive when we had any questions during our stay. The place overall is very clean, tidy, and updated. It’s in a very nice and quiet location, and it was easy to find! I’d recommend this place to others, and would definitely stay there if we’re in the area again!

This little space was so wonderful! Beds are comfy, coffee and creamer were provided. Walking distance to all of Main Street bars and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

She was very responsive which I loved. Great airbnb it had everything you needed and more. Super cute layout. Was located near a gas station which was very convenient. There were great restaurants at reach driving distance. And perfect place to stay if you were going to garden of the gods or pikes peak. Would stay again.

Kristen was a wonderful host! She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and went out of her way to ensure our vacation went smoothly. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The apartment was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Christina's place was the perfect getaway for the long weekend! The kitchen was perfect for the two of us, the place was clean, and the AC was a game changer in the Colorado heat. Perfect weekend getaway!

Beautiful spot. The cafe is fairly quiet (September). Very quiet neighborhood close to great hiking trails.

Quaint little condo, with a very homey feel. The host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns/requests we had. Would highly recommend to others for either a short or long stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Very cute and clean, felt so relaxing and comfy! Upstairs apartment renters can be heard easily, but older home so expected..still adorable so worth it! Felt safe and secure with location close to Olympic training facility. Recommend for sure and will stay again! :)

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Beautiful place to stay! My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The amenities, including the hot tub and surrounding seating areas, are very nice. Awesome location, beautiful cottage, and the host was great! Highly recommended!

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

SUPERB stay! Our stay in Cheri's lower level apartment was excellent from start to finish. The living area was beautifully laid out, with a pair of comfortable sofas and warm, soft lap blankets, plus an electric fireplace. We used it each evening, as the weather was quite cool during our stay. There was a second fireplace in the living room, but we didn't need it. The bedroom also had a fireplace, which again, we didn't use, because the very comfortable king sized bed was well appointed with layers of fluffy bedding: it was like sleeping in a nest of warm clouds, we just loved it! Plenty of closet space, and two sturdy luggage racks, which we really appreciated. Cheri truly went above and beyond: the kitchen was stocked with everything your redirect, but also supplies necessary for a hot breakfast, plus bottled and sparkling water. Same with the bathroom, as the soaps, shampoos, lotions, and make-up removers were so nice that I didn't use my own things. Fantastic Airbnb stay!!

The apartment was even cuter in person. absolutely perfect. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen had everything that's needed. the bathroom had a beautiful deep tub with hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very peaceful and plenty of places to get out into nature and hike or whatever is wanted. I would most definitely recommend!

Romantic Birthday Escape at The Owls Perch! The Owls Perch at Pikes Peak Ranch exceeded its 5-star reviews for my wife’s birthday getaway! We sought a serene, romantic retreat, and this place delivered perfection. The cabin is stunningly designed—a spacious master suite radiating intimacy, and a charming second bedroom perfect for capturing photographic memoris with it's super cute decor. Also, this cabin has the cleanest mirrors we’ve ever seen. The entire cabins decor enchants with thoughtful touches, like whimsical owl-themed wall art, adding a playful yet elegant vibe. The property is breathtaking. Sheep’s Nose Mountain looms uniquely from the ranch, its silhouette casting a magical glow at night—perfect for stolen moments under the stars. The hot tub, pristine and inviting, was a romantic highlight, melting away the world. The Owls Perch and Pikes Peak Ranch gifted us the peaceful, love-filled escape we dreamed of. Highly recommend for anyone craving a romantic haven!
