Wabi Sabi Tiny House - No Cleaning Fees!

I designed and built this Tiny House a few years ago! As such, it's still an ongoing work in progress and so not quite as picturesque as the finished homes you may see on TV, but it's still fully functional, cozy, and homey. To sleep, you'll have the choice of a queen size loft bed (must climb narrow stairs to access) or a queen size (comfortable!) sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in Woodland Park, CO you have an AMAZING view of Pike's Peak and close proximity to so many adventures 🤗

This recently renovated A-frame cabin is nestled on 2 acres of tranquil, forested land surrounded by aspen and pine trees — the perfect mountain escape. Near Divide, Florissant, and Woodland Park, 45-minute drive from Colorado Springs, 1.5 hours from Breckenridge skiing, and 2 hours from (DIA).

Location is awesome, 10 minute walk to garden of Gods, 5 minute drive to Old Colorado City, 6 minute drive to Red Rocks Open Space, 11 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs passing through OCC. Little House In Manitou is located on Ruxton Avenue, just a short distance from awesome hiking, 5 minutes to the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Chateau. It's within walking distance of historic downtown Manitou Springs, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars and recreational activities. You will also be a brief drive away from the Garden of the Gods, the U.S. Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak and other attractions in the Pikes Peak area.

Lil Lincoln

The Lil Lincoln sits at an elevation of 9,560ft. and was originally built on the Western Slope of Colorado in the 50’s and was moved in 1965 to it’s current location near Woodland Park. The story behind the move was that a doctor moved his practice in 1959 to Woodland Park. He wanted his nurse to join him, she said she'd move if he moved her cabin. Well he did, and so did she.
