What guests are saying:“My husband and I were in town for some rest and relaxation and we certainly found it at Evan’s condo. The space was as expected from the pictures. It was very clean and had nice decor throughout. The bed was beyond comfortable! We did hear the occasional noice from the above unit (not a big deal to us since the possibility of noise was mentioned in description of the listing) and it in no way negatively impacted our stay. The best part about this condo is the downtown location. Evan was helpful with food recommendations and suggestions for hiking around town. A quick drive to the RMNP, this location is perfect! We felt very at home and we certainly would stay here again if we are in the area. Enjoy the space :)”
