House holiday rentals in Kitty Hawk

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. There's a reason why this place stays booked!! If you're looking for a special vacation, this is the one! I'd love to come back next year ❤️

A group of 12 stayed at the Suncatcher over the weekend. It’s one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in a long time (location, pristine home, amenities, access to shops and food and nearby activities). Better than advertised! If you have a large group; look no further, this is your paradise location waiting for your arrival. Connor is an excellent and responsive host and very responsive to messages. Thanks Connor and team for an unforgettable OBX experience. Highly recommend this paradise home.

I spent a weekend at this rental with my husband and 2 kids (5, 3yrs old). It was absolutely better than expected. The home was clean and well stocked. I’ve stayed at many other rentals in OBX through various platforms and this has been my favorite one yet. The house was super clean and nicely updated. The furniture was comfortable and practical. The dining chairs were easily wiped clean which was nice especially traveling with little kids. I wasn’t expecting to use the Colington Harbour amenities, but that ended up being a big hit with the family. It was really nice hitting up the pool in the evening after spending the entire morning at the beach. The kids loved watching the boats come in. The host Dana also was very responsive. If it’s available for our next OBX trip then we will for sure be back!

Great setup, with the pool & hot tub, bikes, cornhole boards, ping pong, etc. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware. Checkout was also very easy… not a huge list of chores like some other places. I’d definitely recommend it if your looking for a place to stay in Nags Head.

Our stay at Nicholas’s house was amazing! It allowed our family to make many more memories together. Everyone had a fabulous time without a moment to spare. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were enjoyed by everyone. The house is huge with so many wonderful features. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in a home with a perfect location to the beach and plenty of room both inside and outside. It also has a huge landscaped yard to enjoy games and several seating areas outside. The perfect home. Hope to be back in the future !!

Gia’s DuckUtopia was everything we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone in my family. Although Gia provided lots of ideas and tips for the area, we loved just hanging out. The views of the sound were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My husband and daughter also enjoyed fishing for crab. Cleaning up with the outdoor shower after the beach was so easy. We loved all the amenities, especially the kitchen gadgets! All we needed to bring was food and towels for the beach. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return next year…to finish the ping pong match that got rained out! What a relaxing time! Thanks, Gia!

Sarah’s home was so lovely and cute!! It was the perfect beach home for my friends and I… great location near target, Wawa, and most importantly the beach! Not to mention, Sarah was the BEST host! She was very attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. She also recommended some great restaurants and sights to see which was very nice. Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful house and great location! The house had everything we needed, awesome water pressure- even in the outdoor shower. Hot tub and surrounding area were great when it rained/after the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We had a very nice time!

My family stayed 8 nights. Regardless of the time of day or night, the views were breathtaking and so special. The sky and the cloud formations were spectacular. The house layout was thoughtfully done. The tote with extra toilet paper, papertowel, Kleenex, laundry detergent, and garbage bags were a godsend. They provided everything you needed extra beach chairs, 2 large beach umbrellas, boogie boards, a beach cooler etc. The selection of books were a true reader's paradise. The house is located very conveniently to stores, restaurants and the beach! You can run into the house and come back in just a few steps! This house has to be the best house we have stayed in OBX for over 10 years.

Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

We loved staying here! The house was well stocked with all the necessities and very clean. Super convenient to the beach too!

This was a great little place on the beach for my family. We loved the convenience of being able to go right out back to the beach whenever we wanted to and not having to pack a vehicle for the trip. The house is cozy and had all the amenities we needed( we don’t cook much). The host was very responsive and we appreciated being able to check in early. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Extremely clean, looks very new, pictures don’t do the justice, it is better than the pictures! Very private, good amount of space between neighbors, and lots of greenery, trees. Very close to the beach! Wonderful view from the balcony.

It was an ideal location for walking to the beach! We did not have to go out into any major roads which is a huge bonus. The beach here was never crowded. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The deck space was very enjoyable mornings and evenings too.

We’re only there for a short time, but enjoyed our stay!

Maureen and her co host were very friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and looks even better then the photos. She supplied so much! Beach chairs, umbrellas, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The golf course was beautiful and it was fun to watch golfers and enjoy the wildlife. Only a 2 min drive to beach access!

We had a great weekend getaway! It was very clean and quiet. We loved how dog friendly it was and the parking pass for the Avalon Pier made getting to the beach very easy!

Nice place just as pictured and described. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks to just relax. Tyler was very good about communicating everything and working with us. I would recommend Tyler and stay here again.

This cottage is true to its name! It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and you couldn’t ask for anything better than that, but wait till you visit a beach walk cottage. This cottage was beyond amazing, exceeding my expectations, it’s probably the best Airbnb i have ever stayed at which made our trip so enjoyable, we didn’t want to leave. The decor, the cleanliness, amenities, game room, laundry room, porch area and picnic table, EVERYYTHING etc felt like a beautiful dream. The beds were very comfortable, (and Im a light sleeper) and the bathrooms were so elegant! It Felt like i was in a Pinterest board. I also liked how close it was to local good eats and attractions. The neighborhood was also safe and quiet. I would highly recommended this house and I can’t wait to bring back my nephew! He loved the bunk beds and the game room! The hosts were very responsive whenever i had questions.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is so close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower is an amazing amenity to keep the sand out of the house and clean the entirety of your stay! The host was super friendly and made sure we all made it and that everything was to our standards. We will definitely be coming back!

Meredith's place was wonderful! clean and just as described. We stayed with our two kids and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and the woods around the home made it feel very private, while in a small neighborhood. The beach access was easily accessible and beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful to have handy. We would definitely stay again!

Family of four had a wonderful week in KDH at Artim’s place! We loved walking to the beach every day, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing! Extremely comfortable beds (we slept very well; there is a busy road nearby, but the noise did not keep us awake). Functional dishwasher and washing machine, a huge plus!
