Beach apartment holiday rentals in Kitty Hawk

Well appointed, clean penthouse in a great location. Many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Beach access was directly across the street. Owners were very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Aly's condo was perfect for the two of us. The beach access couldn't be much better being right beside our condo door. Super clean and convenient. Would definitely book again.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Beautifully renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom were stunning, and the location—just steps from the beach and a short walk to Duck’s shops and restaurants—couldn’t be better. The kitchen was fully stocked and a joy to cook in, and the beds (with Kingsdown mattresses!) were incredibly comfortable. We loved the added amenities like sound machines, board games, a washer/dryer, and access to pools and a hot tub. Check-in was easy with keyless entry, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Every detail was considered to make our stay feel like home. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing Outer Banks getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

The Jewel of the Sea was everything we’d hope. Steps to the Ocean. Watching the surmise on the balcony while drinking our morning coffee was the reason we booked this property. Even saw the dolphins one morning! While James unit has been beautifully updated, the rest of the property could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall very happy with our choice. 🐬

Incredible location and views (of sunrises and sunsets); great for kids! There was a problem with the storm door that Katie herself came by to fix when maintenance was unavailable on a holiday weekend :) The place was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the pool was great (opening weekend and very clean). The only thing to note is that this might not be a great place for you if you're sensitive to noise - there was a wedding at one of the huge houses one night under a tent and we could hear every song they played, as well as footsteps from the people staying above us. This isn't a make or break for us, and we would stay at Katie's place again in a heartbeat.

Just like descriptions. Unit has private balcony for views of ocean with chairs. Building had outdoor shower and suitable laundry services. Unit had a rainy day supply of games and books. Excellent Wi-Fi service too. Would definitely stay here again. Beach nice and quiet. Shot walk past the pool with lifeguards on duty too.

Salty shenanigans was a light piece of heaven. Condo was exactly as described and extremely clean. Kate was wonderful providing us recommendations for a local restaurants and shopping excursions. Beach and pool just steps away (what more could you ask for!). Had an amazing time, would book again.

Great place to stay during our visit to Kitty Hawk. Quiet neighborhood. Pavlo’s place was very clean. Had everything that we needed. We had some issues with the lock and Pavlo was very responsive and helpful.

Over the moon about this place! Felt like home away from and with two kids under two it was so easy! So grateful for the wonderful stay ! 100% coming back for a longer stay!

Waterfront condo is in a perfect location, about 1 mile to the center of Duck and a 2 minute ride to a private beach. Owner provides a beach parking pass. Condo rental was terrific, the owners communicate well so there are no surprises. The Condo itself is open/spacious and super clean. Bikes and comfortable beach chairs are available to renters. The view from the Condo is very peaceful. As well the noise level in the area is non-existent. Truly a great rental. Thank you Michael.

What a lovely gem of a home! Perfect location as it was walkable to beach. Very kind to provide beach chairs, wagon, beach towels and beach umbrella. Spotlessly clean. Only surprise was no shampoo/body wash which was unexpected. Otherwise a perfect experience!

Great Location Responsive Host Perfect amount of space for our weekend get away

this was such a cute place to stay for our first time in OBX. everything was as described, hosts were very friendly and responsive. cute and cozy retreat, perfect for what we were looking for. super clean and worth every penny.

We had a lovely long weekend despite cloudy weather and some rain. Location was ideal and close to what we wanted to do. Definitely would return again!

This unit was perfectly located, peaceful and quiet, and thoughtfully laid out with everything you could need for a stay at the beach. The host was proactive and helpful. This is our 2nd stay and we had as wonderful of a time as our first!

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

What a lovely place. We enjoyed three nights of absolute peace and relaxation with an amazing view overlooking the ocean. It felt like an actual home - so comfortable. Mere steps from the beach, which was never very crowded. We were very impressed by how clean and well maintained it was. It looks like it’s been recently renovated, so everything felt very fresh. Nice plush white towels, soft comforters and linens, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, coffee and filters, salt and pepper, cooking oil, hand soap, etc. were provided. We liked all the little touches, such as labeling the light switches and contents of drawers, and posting signs about how to access the Wi-Fi. We’re strongly considering making this a yearly tradition and would absolutely return to this property!

Overall the stay was nice, finding the condo was not as easy but granted we did come late at night which made finding the place harder. Lynn was very nice and walked us to the condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and the hot tub was the best feature. They also had beach gear in the garage which was a nice addition. They have an outside area with solar powered lights and an outdoor shower. They also have a guest book that guests can sign which made the stay memorable. Laundry room was nice with modern appliances and plenty of beach towels.

We loved Matt’s place. It is quiet, roomy, and well equipped, including nice furniture and super comfortable beds. It also has a great deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. It was also great to have the pool when it was too windy to get in the ocean. Matt’s place was perfect for our family.

Lynn was an amazing host. So easy to reach and helpful. The location is ideal as you can walk to the beach and to the park, lighthouse and sound. There are also walkable restaurants near by so we didn’t need to move the car.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the CrabaCabana. It’s about a seven minute walk to the beach and everything was as listed. Kim also provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. She’s an excellent host and took care of anything that needed her attention promptly with perfect communication. We definitely would recommend it to anyone wishing for a home away from home! ♥️

The community has everything you could need for a beach stay - direct short walk to the beach, bar and grill within the community that you can easily order food or drinks from, a beautiful pool with cabanas you can rent for the days you don’t want to go down to the beach, and restaurants and bars within a few miles. You could really stay in the community the entire stay and you’d have everything you’d need. Lovely stay and very responsive hosts. Would recommend for family or a group of friends as we did - and we highly consider coming back next year!
