This is a two room, full bath suite with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a private home. Room enough for four adults or small family (additional charges applied after the first two guests). The uniqueness of the Suite is that you are far enough off the beaten path to relax in a quiet neighborhood and yet be only minutes away from all the Outer Banks has to offer. Children are welcome; however, suite IS NOT childproof. No pets! OWNER LIVES ON SITE, ONLY REGISTERD GUESTS ALLOWED IN SUITE!

Very little if any contact with the owner, but readily available. This Airbnb is loaded with everything you need. Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants + entertainment!

We had a great mother/daughter stay at Pier-a-Vida! The place was so comfortable and cutely decorated; spotless upon arrival. Everything we’d need for a fun beach stay—beach towels, chairs, bikes, outdoor space for eating/hanging out; comfortable beds and a welcome starter set that was so thoughtful. We loved the closeness to beach (parking pass!) and that it was walkable to the bay—sunsets!! Would definitely come back! It’s a fun area, lots to do and the hosts (Teresa and John) were thoughtful and responsive.

Diane’s place was very clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. The deck and stairs to the beach were great and outdoor shower/foot faucet helped keep the home clean. Her home is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment as well as a quiet place to relax. I highly recommend Diane’s place. We will definitely return. Thanks Diane!

Everything was so clean! I was though ky impressed because being at the beach, sand gets everywhere but it was fresh, clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The beach chairs were a great amenity with the beach across the street. I loved the availability of toiletries and laundry detergent. It was just the little things that were unexpected and pleasant. The location to grocery, local restaurants and public beach access was just perfect to make it still feel quiet. We can’t wait to come back another weekend!

My husband and I had a perfect get away. I am not sure how I came upon Sharon's place, but am so happy I did. It was perfect. Even though the place was small, by square footage standards, we did not feel cramped. I think it was the way Sharon decorated the space. Every detail was obviously thought out to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely visit Sharon and her sweet space again.

Erika’s place was fantastic!! My best friend & I stayed here for a peaceful girls weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Very cute, clean, private, and walking distance from the public access. Erika was very responsive, friendly, gave great recommendations, and thought of every detail we might need during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!!
