Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kitty Hawk

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and homie place to stay, I definitely recommend this house. Robyn was very attentive, clear with communication and helpful with everything. The house is also full amenities from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms to even the grill outside. This place was a 5 out of 5 for me and our friends who visited!

Michael was an excellent host. The place was exactly as described. It has a beautiful fenced yard where our dogs were able to run when we were home. Very short walk to a clean, gorgeous beach. The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The restaurant across the street had great food and cocktails, and we were only a short drive to anything in Duck or Corolla. I also cannot thank Michael enough for his communicativeness and understanding when we made a scheduling snafu. Truly an MVP. We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend Lowood Cottage.

Buck and his family were nothing short of AMAZING host.. coming from an OCD Italian mother and father.. we are HUGE on clean linens, clean bathrooms etc! Everything in the place was spotless. The pool was clean. The rooms were set up plenty of towels, pillows, and extras. Just make sure you bring soap! The fridge and freezer are plenty big for groceries, food and beer.. Beautiful views of the 18th hole on Seascape golf links right from the deck and pool. All of the golf courses and restaurants around are accommodating to tee-times and sizable groups. The location is perfect close to all the major golf courses very close to the major Walmart where you can get booze and groceries yet as you pull off the main strip, you go through beautiful residential roads and the house is tucked in back on a cold a sac GREAT FOR A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN.. beautiful for a walk at night.. nice neighbors.. would recommend to family, friends and anyone who loves a great clean safe environment!

We had a lovely, cozy stay at Sandpiper Cottage. The home was even cuter than we had expected; whoever was responsible for the interior design really knocked it out of the park. The screened deck was a notable highlight. Quiet and peaceful, with a view of the trees, making for a great place to sit and read. Drew and Heather were incredibly responsive, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It was a wonderful getaway with some much needed rest and relaxation.

Petru place certainly will be one that I will check out again for availability. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment to keep me preparing a meal for my family without having to stop run to store because someone wasn’t on the shelf. Each I needed something I found it . The place is well maintained and freshly painted with nice furniture. I didn’t get a chance to use the outside grill this time. Therefore I will come again. This place is a GEM! I highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do in Duck. The house is very, very nice with lots of space to hang out.

Sarah’s home was all we needed and more! The photos matched the home perfectly. Sarah was very responsive, provided local spots to eat and visit. She also reached out regarding an extra night as the home was not booked which we took. I would recommend this home and stay here again!

Genevieve’s place is the perfect place to stay in Nag’s Head! I have stayed here a few times and am looking forward to staying again in the future. Genevieve’s air bnb is in a great location- right next to the sound and close to the ocean with great bars and restaurants close by. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has a great deck and fire place in the back. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to OBX

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! Very peaceful and quiet and an easy drive to restaurants and the beach. Super close to Jockey Ridge State Park. The bed was very comfortable and the space was great for two.

Such a cute place and very accommodating. Close location to everything! Permanent guests were very kind and polite.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is organized and so clean. I love the little things that the host have for the guests like sound machines and boardgames which is very thoughtful. They also very responsive and friendly whenever we reach out to them.

This was such the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Super close to the beach and the sound and the bikes were a great additional!

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

We stayed here for a sibling and spouse vacation. 12 of us. It was incredible! Location could not be more perfect. We could walk to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Beach is an easy walk to end of the street. Great neighborhood! Karen provides endless beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak. We had no children with us but what a place for a family or a reunion or small wedding. A swing set & a playroom with giant connect 4, arcade games, air hockey and board games. For the adults a pool table, a poker table, chess, a shuffle board table & 2 bars all fully stocked with glassware, and bar ware. Kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment. Pool area provides plenty of seating and fun for kids. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Bedrooms are spacious. You do not hear anybody from one room to the next. Karen was so great to work with & very responsive to all questions & concerns. Don’t miss out on this one. We will be back! Just the best!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Easy walk down to the beach, amazing backyard with grill, and the gym is right across the street.
