House holiday rentals in Crotone

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. The kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out. Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

It was very good. The apt is a good size for 4 people. We were very accommodating and with everything we needed. Villaggio is beautiful and you can pay for the pool, but the beach is so good we found it unnecessary. We prefer to see the beaches around I loved these days in Paolo and Anna's apt.

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Lovely house with privacy at the beach. We were with 8 adults and that was very easy to do with the incredibly helpful co-host Andrea.

Very restful stay, we had a hard time finding the location due to gps malfunction but we managed. The shower could be cleaner but overall very lovely!

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

The stay at Davide's place was excellent. It is an old and interesting house in the beautiful village of Pizzo, where the people are very social and kind. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Davide was completely responsive and very helpful. Thank you for the great time!

Clean spacious place in a quiet neighborhood. Luciana met us on arrival and showed us the place. Comfortable

Very nice structure, located in a quiet area. Excellent for resting or for those traveling for work. However, it is not suitable for people with disabilities or those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 floors above the ground floor, a certain ancient style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the other. The bedroom with bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice sitting room with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but you can connect to the Internet very well from your mobile (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and was understanding, meeting some of my needs. Please note that Google Maps goes a little haywire and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Excellent point for those who have commitments on site.

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and well-maintained accommodation with new and comfortable furniture. Andrea Maria was very hospitable and gave us excellent directions for dinner and also made the reservation at the restaurant. Very quiet environment surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from the beach.

Exceptional accommodation above the city, in a private park of a historic palazzo, furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very friendly, helpful and committed landlords... Highly recommended!

apartment is located 15 min drive for reggio calabria. it was great spot to visit the beach and some small villages near by. it's spacious with two rooms. totally equipped kitchen with also some basic ingredients. which I liked. landlord also prepared some watter for us. by foot is really great pasticheria where we ate our breakfast. price between what you pay and what you get is top.

Andrej's accommodation was stylish, and it felt like home right away. It was even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is in the old part of town. Not all houses are renovated, and some are even ruins, which slightly affects the overall impression.

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

Really lovely little house. A real house in the mountains. We were even lucky it snowed and the little house became even more evocative. Gianluca was very kind and hospitable and provided us with all kinds of comforts and directions to enjoy the weekend. Clean, well equipped, nothing was missing. It was truly a beautiful stay. I recommend it and I hope to be back soon!

We thank Maria for letting us stay in her clean, cute and very welcoming Airbnb. The location is perfect and the Airbnb was clean, she even left us some snacks and drinks. I can 100% recommend this one.
