Apartment holiday rentals in Crotone

Valentina’s place was very cosy and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed in January when it was wet and cold and the apartment stayed at a good temperature during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a very good fruit and vegetable shop and a supermarket winthin 2 minutes walk. We would recommend Valintina’s apartment as a perfect place to stay if you are planning a visit to Crotone.

Fully renovated apartment, modern, bright and cozy, with all comforts. Impeccable cleanliness and exquisite host who is attentive to details and customer needs. We were really comfortable, in this really intimate and reserved space outside of road traffic. We highly recommend it!

I stayed two nights at Antonello's apartment with my boyfriend and another couple of friends and we had a great time. The location is excellent: in ten minutes by car you can reach the center of Lamezia, other nearby hamlets and the sea. There is a supermarket and other useful services, including a pharmacy, just outside the house. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean, equipped with air conditioners, hairdryer, towels and buckets for recycling. The two rooms, but also the kitchen (where there were two bottles of water) and the bathrooms, are super clean and the beds comfortable. Antonello is really kind and helpful; I communicated our arrival early and he was already inside the house, welcoming us in an extremely courteous and sunny way. I asked him if it was possible to postpone the check-out (scheduled for 11:00 am) and, after informing himself about the subsequent reservations, the day after our arrival he informed me that, without problems, we could leave the apartment at 1:00 pm. We were really happy, having had a wedding the night before. An absolutely positive experience in every aspect. Highly recommended apartment also in relation to the quality/price ratio!

Giovanni's unit was 5+ star. It had everything we needed and he supplied lots of little goodies which we enjoyed. The orange liquer was yummy. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We loved the beautiful view down to the ocean - amazing!

From start to finish the kindness and quick response was amazing!! They were so helpful anytime I needed them! We arrived to Teresa with smiles and a kind gift of local wine and cold water. They also gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to friends and family!

Lidia was very quick to respond and help at all times and even gave us recommendations of the best places to eat nearby. The place has a spacious private rooftop balcony. You cannot beat the location because it is only a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beach with multiple places to rent chairs/umbrellas and get drinks and food along the beach! The famous “Soverato” sign in big letters is just as you walk out of her block! It is also less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and directly on the corner you can also get gelato or go to a cafe/restaurant!

We are warmly welcomed into Antonella's house. What a beautiful place and location. We felt completely at home. Visit Crotone and then definitely this beautiful apartment. Ciao

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.

We had a very nice exam trip, the accommodation was very spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but you also walked straight to the center. The communication was very nice and everything was thought of. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.
