Romantic old property, close good restaurant

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed at Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and plant world is impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking space on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Elvira is a friendly, helpful and accurate person in her communications. The house is cozy, functional, and well-equipped. The place is quiet and close to amenities.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

s.Nicola is a really kind and welcoming person, able to make their guests feel at home and dedicate the necessary time for their tranquility. The apartment is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the minimakert/tobacco and restaurant. With its 16 kittens, the company will certainly not miss during the period of your stay. The environment is very clean and well cared for with all the necessary comforts will not leave you banned. The area is a little bare of activity, but getting around by car will never be a problem, other nearby villages are waiting for you

Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. The studio is inside a village equipped with everything where there is a square with all the amenities (market, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bar, etc.). The village is also suitable for children and there is animation service. Possibility to use the pool and the beach for a fee, but with multiple free beaches including the beautiful Cupido beach about 500 m from the house. Clean, quiet and well-maintained environment. Friendly staff and attentive to maintenance. The house, with attached outdoor space bordered by hedges (excellent privacy) with table, is equipped with everything and has a vanishing bed; small studio apartment, but livable without problems for a couple. I recommend it to those who rent to visit Soverato, the beach of Caminia and a little further away the red beach of Le Cannella and for those who love the river there is the Oasis Restaurant of the San Nicola waterfalls about an hour away. Nice week, highly recommended.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

Cute, comfortable and clean apartment, complete with everything: large washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, located behind the Duomo with access to the historic center with shops, bar, fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes from the waterfront. Everything is very nice. I will be happy to come back.

From our initial booking right through the duration of our stay, Romina was immediately available. We arrived in the evening, and she had arranged for her daughter to be there to ease the English language communication, which was very thoughtful of her, especially for our 2 little ones who quite tired at that point. The apartment & amenities were all thoroughly explained, & there were even written guides available in the apartment just in case. Finally, there was some food & drink for us, which given the late arrival we were very, very thankful for. A sweet gesture that was immediately put to good use. Apartment itself is in a very opportune location. 5 minutes in 1 direction is a supermarket, & about the same in the other direction is the sea. Nice smattering of cafes & restaurants all a few minutes by foot away. Had a rainy day, but did some puzzles & games that were in the apartment, & our daughter LOVED the rocking horse. A well stocked apartment in a great spot! Recommend!
