Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

Very restful stay, we had a hard time finding the location due to gps malfunction but we managed. The shower could be cleaner but overall very lovely!

Quirico was a dream to communicate with and so nice the place is so close to the beach. Very peaceful

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

A very nice stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great swimming pool. The best part is the beautiful sea just a short 3-minute walk away. There are also newly opened supermarkets and very cosrestaurants in the area.

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.

Carolina is a very kind and attentive host, the house has a large green space both in front and behind, the kitchen is well equipped and the second outdoor bathroom with shower and laundry is very comfortable. Access to the beautiful beach of Curmo is comfortable and spectacular. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Unique, not the responsibility of the host, is a nearby campsite that imposes the babydance at a reporting volume with a scream of alleged animator every damn evening from 9:30 pm until after midnight.

Small apartment very well maintained and clean in the center of Cropani. Addolorata was an impeccable host, always responsive and helpful. Very simple check-in and check-out. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!
