We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed at Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and plant world is impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking space on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

s.Nicola is a really kind and welcoming person, able to make their guests feel at home and dedicate the necessary time for their tranquility. The apartment is very nice, a stone's throw from the sea and the minimakert/tobacco and restaurant. With its 16 kittens, the company will certainly not miss during the period of your stay. The environment is very clean and well cared for with all the necessary comforts will not leave you banned. The area is a little bare of activity, but getting around by car will never be a problem, other nearby villages are waiting for you

Absolutely beautiful place. The refurbish is new and wonderfully done. The location is perfect for moving around Soverato and getting to other towns and places by rental car. The beach is fabulous. We were there on the off season and many of the "in season" restaurants were not available, but there were other nice restaurants and we enjoyed the town and the food. Vittoria was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Her mother and an English speaking assistant met us and helped us with getting familiar. It couldn't have been nicer. Wonderful place to get to know the Calabria region. The people in the town were exemptional at dealing with my meager Italian language skills and we were easily able to function everywhere we traveled and ate.

Everything is impeccable! The house is perfectly furnished, with style, in every detail; the house as well as in the photos and including everything! Kind and friendly owner, absolutely an experience to repeat! Tip!!!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Camigliatello! Top cleanliness! The location is perfect for walking to the center, but also the ski slopes. Do not underestimate the presence of private parking, very convenient for those like us who were traveling by car. The owner Paolo is very nice and available. We had a great time and will definitely be back:)

The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. The accommodation was up to expectations and Mrs. Constanza was accurate, punctual and thoughtful in providing the required information and meeting any needs. Wonderful experience. Mr. Pasquale was super helpful and welcoming both at check-in/check-out and during the stay, we felt at home. The house is spacious, clean and new. Centrally located, right in front of the castle and, consequently, a stone's throw from the beach and clubs. I highly recommend it and, if we were to come back, we would definitely come back here. Romantic old property, close good restaurant

It was very nice to stay in Antonella’s apartment not just because of the beautiful and clean mare steccato that is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. But also because the apartment was well equipped and clean. I would definitely book the apartment again for vacation.

We stayed at the Dioniso farmhouse for a week and had a really good time. An oasis of peace and tranquility, just a 10-minute drive from the sea. Perfect for relaxing and suitable for those with pets. The apartment is very nice and simple but very comfortable.

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers!
